Lets talk about this house on Bar Harbor Dr in Bay Village, shall we?

One Pastor after another lived here. The house’s list of occupants was almost entirely made up of Pastor’s. Two of them also lived in the Ashland area. We have spoken about these types of religious people purporting as devout Christians, Catholics and other denominations while taking part in Witchcraft, Satanic and other cult activity. This will not be a long blog entry. We are sitting on more connections we’ve made with this house and Ashland in case it becomes important at some point. On a secondary note, We know who the fake “Holy” people are in this case. There are many in the Ashland area including 2 “Christian” pastors that somehow raised a devout Satanist son who had a Satanic Shrine in their house and lived less than a half mile from the body location. This young man has a penchant for Ouija Boards, Witchcraft and ritual knives and accessories. More on this another time. There are other connections with this house on Bar Harbor dr that we won’t talk about at all publicly. One pastor from this house has an Ashland address thats been on our radar for quite awhile and that connects to people we are still looking at.

Here is one of the Pastor’s who lived at the Bar Harbor Dr house. This man would have been balding in 1989, was unshaven around the jaw line, has the chin, glasses and resembled other likenesses to the composite if you buy into the sketch.

Ashland County Sheriffs Department deputy who just happened to be THE guy who specialized in and investigated CULT activity in Ashland County.

Both of these people are deceased.

This is just one thread linking the two areas. We have many decent threads. Dozens.

There is something the perps need to know. There are hundreds of dedicated people that are part of the Amy Army. Police Officers, Firefighters, Military, Medical staff, Private Investigators, Former Intelligence officials, Profilers, Experts in Occult, A Drone team, I.T Professionals, We will see you before you see us.

Like the guy in Ashland on Twp Rd 1353, who came huffing and puffing down his driveway, he was gonna shoot down our drone(a felony) and kick all our asses. Until he seen us. Until we slapped our FAA approved flight plan with part 107 night waiver in his face. Then, he changed his approach. We aren’t trying to act like bad asses. We are on a mission for good cause and we’ve prepared for anyone who breaks the law to stop us.

We have a master list of virtually every single person that lived in both Bay Village and the Ashland area. The list contains more names than you might imagine

Eventually, one of these threads, gets it done. It is a mathematical certainty.

Every single week we supply data to Law Enforcement. We are done estimating how long this will take to close out. It takes as long as it takes. We are in this until the mission is completed.

From early on, the public was told that other girls received similar calls to the one Amy received. LT Richard Wilson is on video stating he was aware of at least 3 calls, perhaps more.

Now, let’s say you are a planner, someone with evil intent and a capacity to commit this type of crime but smart enough to not get caught for nearly 34 years. Would you create as much diversion as possible? Might you or someone in your group of co-conspirators make other calls to create a diversion? It is very possible. Maybe even likely, if you know this case really well and the history of phone calls.

After speaking with some of the other girls that received calls we are beginning to question the actual purpose of those other calls.

One of the calls was “similar”. It was different enough however to raise logical doubt as to their importance to the call Amy allegedly received. We say alleged because no one knows for sure. The phone calls are really hearsay. We aren’t doubting the other calls happened but what if diversion was the main purpose of the calls to the other girls?

In the call that was similar, the girl described the call to me (Blaze)

It was similiar but different in the fact that according to the girl who was called, the caller used a different “event”as a reason to meet up with the young girl. Then in a surprised twist, the caller switched gears and started asking about things like her fathers shoe size and her mother’s bra size.

This made me raise an eyebrow. If he already made the proposition and the goal was to abduct a young girl, why would the caller risk the whole thing by getting into the other perverse subjects? You would think this type of call is results based. Meaning, get a young girl to meet, give the smallest amount of info possible while still achieving the wanted results and nothing more. This call risked the objective to talk about bra and shoe sizes? Makes me feel this call is unlikely connected to Amy’s call.

Then I started to think. There was another person involved with the Mihaljevic case that also described getting a call asking about shoe sizes and such. The person who allegedly received that call was Bill Huffman from the Who killed Amy Mihaljevic podcast. The call he allegedly received was more alike to the other girl called than to the call Amy received. So much for the thought that Amy was “targeted”. If this is the case. Now you have both young girls and boys describing essentially the same call. Huffman has told this story on his podcast. If the call to Amy was legit and we are being told the truth about the progression and mechanism of the crimes against Amy, with it all starting with a phone call, to us, it seems Amy’s call was very different than the others.

What does it all look like when you take a step back and logically think this through, from the perspective of a child abductor?

The other calls may have been rehearsels or intentional misdirection. The phone was used as a mechanism to keep law enforcement going in any direction but to the one leading to the abductor. Maybe the key to the calls doesn’t lie with “how he got each of their numbers” but rather “How he knew all the girls that were called”.

We have conflicting statements about these calls. Jason says he remembered overhearing Amy talking to the unknown male in some interviews, then in later interviews says he never heard anything or knew anything about Amy receiving calls.

For us, the calls aren’t factual. Can’t be traced, can’t be proven. Therefore it cannot be just accepted that this whole thing started on the telephone.

Then there’s the Euclid Square Mall diversion call. The call into Channel 3 news that wanted 20k for the location Amy could be found near Sullivan in the Tri County area. This call was allegedly received by Channel 3 reporter Tom Beres. Channel 3 just also happens to be the station Jeanne Sabo took Amy’s picture to, to get her face on the news. Then Beres just happens to be present in a Fairview Park Church when Richard Folbert stands up in the middle of church service and proclaims that people know him as Satan and that he killed Amy Mihaljevic. Is this a freaking joke?

If the call or calls between Amy and her would be abductor actually occurred, then only Amy and that caller knew the contents of that conversation. What if he did call her? Would he really risk the whole plan by believing Amy wouldn’t tell anyone about it? We tend to think not. Maybe he met her in person and manipulated her enough to tell people a false narrative. Maybe he told her to tell people he called her if she had to tell anyone. In a planners mind, they will cover their tracks, not leave a calling card for Law Enforcement to track them down.

The callers don’t want to be identified, the witnesses at Bay Square don’t want to be identified and remain scared to this day? Come on! What the hell is really going on here.

Renner was chased by who he thinks was Vern Hartenburg, Huffman received a call just like one of the North Olmsted girls and Ryan Ruiz, Mark Mihaljevic’s step son was also a victim of an abduction attempt.

Think about that. What are the odds?

What’s really going on here? If you ask us, we’d say a shit ton of misdirection.

This is why we examine all angles. We don’t hinge everything we investigate on the phone calls

We will not name the person. We will not step on BVPD’s toes by listing his name. No one knows if, or how far along the BVPD is in the process of building a case out on him. It’s not fair to name him publicly. Yet.

We have established what his connection to Ashland is and the connection is new to us. We have not come across the name of the connection and we’ve looked at thousands of people from the Ashland area

The secondary connection we made between the two areas is through another person that lived in Bay Village and New London. This person’s family was involved with the then Police Chief of New London who shot himself after being busted for stealing drugs from the police department drug drop box.

The secondary connection is a matching address in public records. Could be solid but not gauranteed. We are digging more into this

His foster Mother’s Birthday is Feb 8th. The same day Amy’s body was found

He has family on Lake Rd in Bay Village and may have lived at this address. We do not know for sure yet so we will say, he may have lived there

He and his Girlfriend were together for a considerable amount of time. They have multiple addresses together

His car, although spotted and logged near the intersection of Twp Rd 126 and Co Rd 1181 the day Amy was found did have a camel colored interior but the carpet in his 1982 Oldsmobile does not match up with what was stated of the fibers. The fibers were most likely from a 1975-1978 GM product. Those brands include Oldsmobile, Buick, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Pontiac. Early analysis of the fibers revealed that they were from a 1979 Ford Van or Camper. The carpet in the Oldsmobile is different than that of the 75-78 GM models. This case certainly has it’s share of both. This will be an ongoing blog entry with details entered as we have time to post them

1. October 27, 1989 Dr Sam Sheppard’s son returned to Northeast Ohio to give a speech at the Cleveland City Club.
2. 1989 Bay Village police chief Bill Gareau’s car number was 1181. Amy’s body was of course found on County Road 1181.To those that don’t know, each police and fire department has a county and city identifier. All Bay Village Police vehicles begin with the number 11 as you see here. 1191 shown for illustration.

3. It has been reported that the unknown male who called Amy said they would have 45 dollars to spend on Margaret’s gift and Amy could get something too if there was any left over. According to then BVPD detective Mark Spaetzel in the Crimestoppers show on Amy, the information was very specific about the 45 dollars being the amount they had to spend. The abduction also took place across the street from the police station. Why an odd number like 45 dollars?

4. 2 arson jobs on 2 vacant houses in Nova. Both houses we have well documented in both our videos and prior blogs.

5. A Bay Village Police unit was in Bay Square at the time of the abduction or within minutes of the abduction. The unit stopped to talk to some kids near the bowling alley for cutting class. The officer is said to have stepped out of his squad car to do this. This would have been within give or take 50ft of Amy’s location by the posts between Baskin Robbins and Bay Barber Shop. We have urged the BVPD to go back and look into the records of that stop. The officer, if following standard police protocol would have “radio’d” that he was out of his vehicle.

BVPD Dispatch : 1126 go ahead

1126 will be out at Bay Square with some juveniles

BVPD dispatch: 10-4 14:30 (2:30pm)

This strikes us as odd because the Police Department was having department meetings on this day. The whole police department staff is at the station but a lone squad car is out on the beat grilling children for cutting class? Seems petty and doesn’t line up too well in our minds with what BVPD was doing that day. This could also be easily explained as they may have and should have kept a few vehicles patrolling the streets while the meetings/Department Photographs were taking place. It’s the timing that bothers us.

6. The suspicious “suicides” of multiple people close to the Amy case. We aren’t going to go into detail about these but suspect foul play in at least one of them. We are witholding information here for case integrity and the living families of those “suicides”. One of these, we obtained the complete report on including the full autopsy and we will leave it at this. It doesn’t make logical sense. The details and ballistic bullet trajectory, gun position and other information within that report do not make sense.

Remember Operation Ohio Knows?

Interesting thing about Kenneth Cain is that he is listed at the same P.O Box as Amy’s Mom Margaret in Bay Village. We will talk more about Margaret’s P.O Box soon enough as it has some interesting names on the list.

More than one person named Mihaljevic was murdered in Northeast Ohio.

Dennis Mihaljevic murdered his mother Ankica Mihaljevic in Cleveland. Homicide by stabbing. What is even more strange is not only does Ankica’s ancestry page list Ashland as a place of residency, but, she is also listed at Amy’s Mom Margaret’s P.O Box in Bay Village. As is one of the Barbers from Bay Barber Shop in Bay Square. Consider the odds of all of them having the same P.O. Box number. Ankica never lived in Bay Village. Perhaps this is a public records error for Ankica’s listing. Perhaps it’s relevant to Amy’s case.

Ankica, according to our investigation was in prison in 1989 for aggravated drug trafficking within the area of a school yard.

Amy Suspect Harold Bound and Ariel Castro, (the man who abducted and held captive Gina DeJesus, Amanda Berry and Michelle Knight for ten years) both lived on Seymour Ave in Cleveland according to public records

This next oddity baffled us as here. On video, you have both Jason and Mark Mihaljevic speaking about Amy getting into a vehicle. We cannot speculate as to why both Mihaljevic men, mentioned a vehicle as if someone saw Amy get into a vehicle. This of course goes against everything the public was told in regards to anyone seeing Amy get into a vehicle. We have asked Detective Elish straight up about this. The response was “No one saw Amy get into a vehicle”. We don’t know why they said it but here they are saying it on video

Here at 3:30 into the video, Jason mentions Amy getting into a van.

The reporter mentions a car. When the reporter asks Mark Mihaljevic if he is “solid” that someone saw Amy get into a car, without hesitation, Mark says, I believe so yes, Oh Yeah and Yes to the follow up questions concerning the car. Fast forward to around 25:00 in this video.

We honestly cannot even speculate on what we hear in these interviews. Do they know more than the public and both slipped up? We simply don’t know.

Speaking of vehicles, here are a few more oddities discovered by the Amy Army.

Ruth lives with a couple of people. One of those people just happens to be an officer in a Buick Classic Car club. Mark Mihaljevic is a Classic Buick enthusiast and former employee of the General motors brand. Mark even drove one of these classic Buick’s in a Bay Village parade just a few years ago.

Remember Robert Ivan Nichols? When he stole the identity of a deceased child named Joseph Newton Chandler, we reviewed the paperwork. Joseph Newton Chandler’s Father was also employed by Buick and to our surprise was a service manager. Mark Mihaljevic also worked for Buick Service as a Field Representative, traveling amongst his network of dealerships handling service claims

By the way, The Amy Army is the only investigative team to ever discover a link between Robert Ivan Nichols and the Ashland County area. We won’t comment further but once again, another person connects back to our same group of POI’s near the body location.

Within our team there is a general feeling of something feeling a bit off with the local media and Amy’s case.

We have a former sales manager at channel 3 news we are looking at. He goes by a minimum of 8 different last names, moved around a lot and lived in both Bay Village and Ashland County. Channel 3 is the same station Jeanne Sabo took Amy’s picture to, to “get her face on the news” on the night of Oct 27th 1989. The phone call into channel 3 prior to the body discovery asking for $20k in exchange for information about where in the Tri County area of Sullivan Amy could be found. Then you have the whole Kurt VanGunten/ Casey Coleman thing, with what we feel, is less than an air tight alibi. You have Margaret being friends with Casey Coleman’s ex wife and we’ve recently discovered that Channel 19’s Nichole Vrsansky, who is actively involved in Amy’s case and is someone who has done many segments on Amy in addition to a podcast is actually related to former Bay Village police chief Bill Gareau. Small world or is there more to look into here? Something feels “off”.

Another oddity

There are two seperate people named Harold Bound in the direct area. You have Harold Bound, the suspect from Holly Hill and a different Harold Bound living on Wolf Rd in Bay Village in 1989 just a couple stone throws away from Bay Square. Oddly, both are 80 yrs old. We also see a strange connection to people of the same uncommon last name in Avon Lake that owned the Nova House on 224 in Nova. That last name is Lecorchick for those who don’t know. There are Lecorchicks close to Holly Hill and the owners of the Nova house at the time of Arson (Dec 2015) were Karen and Elizabeth Lecorchick. There is another person with this name in Ashland that we have connected multiple times over, to our same group of POI’S from the body location area.

Additionally it’s interesting that Bound is listed in public records as having lived on Seymour Ave, as did Ariel Castro, the kidnapper who held Gina DeJesus, Amanda Berry and Michelle Knight captive.

Bounds Brother, Gregory Hodgman is listed in public records as having lived on Linnet Dr in Cleveland. If Linnet Dr rings a bell, its because Linnet Dr was home to another famous Cleveland cold case, Beverly Potts

Another parallel:

Jeane Sabo’s Father Rocco Biscotti and former Bay Village Police Chief Bill Gareau, both worked for the clerk of courts in the Rocky River municipal court.

This is an actual photograph from the Bay Village and Fairview Park High School football game on October 27th, 1989. Allegedly Casey Coleman attended this game with suspect Kurt VanGunten. Honestly, seems fishy to us. We don’t believe this is a solid alibi.

Casey Coleman’s ex wife, Emilie Knud Hansen just happened to be friends with Margaret. Margaret was for sure rubbing elbows with Politicians and local celebrities. We have Coleman’s family listed at an address with one of the business owners on the Baskin Robbins side of the plaza.

Now that the world knows that Amy’s hair was found on the curtain and blanket 900ft from Amy’s body on County Road 1181, we know that those items were in direct contact with Amy at some point in the series of crimes against her.

As you can see from our video on the body, we forensically proved that Amy did not decompose within the curtain and blanket. It is most likely that Amy was wrapped in those two items for transport to County Road 1181 to be placed there.

Since there is no evidence of body decomposition on the blanket and only mild soiling on the curtain we must at least entertain that it is possible that the blanket and curtain may have been planted there on County Road 1181 away from the body on purpose.

Keeping an open mind, we do not automatically “assume” that these items were wrapping the body and were moved down the road by other mechanical means such as wind or human activity. It’s entirely possible that Amy was placed in the field and the textiles were placed 900 ft away by design. The body being closer to what everyone knows as the “log cabin” house where Al Matlock was staying with his “undisclosed relative” who people called “Bud”. This house was located on the corner of Township Road 126 and County Road 1181.

But those weren’t the only two items found in the ditch on County Road 1181. The mysterious jacket allegedly belonging to Al Matlock, complete with the initials A.M inside just happened to be within 20ft of the curtain and blanket. Doesn’t that sound a little odd to you folks? Is any human who killed someone going to leave their autographed merch behind? Not even Al Matlock was that dumb.

They knew Al was staying at the house on the corner. They knew Al was the town thug. They knew Al had trouble with the law. They knew Al was selling dope. If there was ever a good person to pin a crime on, here’s your guy on a silver platter. A few questions come to mind.

1. Did Janet Seabold see the curtain, blanket or jacket as she jogged by them?
2. Who had an issue with Al Matlock back then? Could the body location be some sort of payback in the form of a frame up?
3. Why did “so many locals” believe Al Matlock was involved? Why was he the immediate “boogeyman”?
4. According to James Renner’s book, Al Matlock’s cousin Doyle Wayne Matlock was up early that morning listening to the police scanner. Did Doyle have a vendetta against his cousin Al?
5. Why and how did a few individuals involved in this case, know about the unique curtain and Al Matlock’s jacket years before BVPD released the information about the curtain and blanket in 2016?

Here’s what we know as undisputed fact and not small town folklore. There was and is only one Matlock in prison for murder and his name is Doyle Wayne Matlock.

Doyle killed his girlfriend Lori Ann Wright (French). Homicide by stabbing.

The group associated with Doyle Matlock also connects to the families of our group of Poi’s.

There is a person, who has been trying to point a finger at Al Matlock since Renner interviewed him. Are we saying he is complicit? No, but the following photo and finger pointing to Al Matlock is suspicious in the least.

This same person posted a picture on social media using this tree doll. The young female standing next to it is about Amy’s size, age and appearance. The man crouched down is throwing up the satanic devil horns hand gesture. The doll is showing a cut throat on the left side of the neck just like Amy and shows a knife in the heart. Finally, take a look at the chest as we can easily see the Satanic Pentagram. In many Satanic cults, this is the sign of the high priest. Worth noting as well is the black handled dagger style knife that appears to be a athame knife. The athame knife used in pagan, witchcraft and satanic rituals typically has a black handle and is mid sized, like the one you see in the photo. The athame dagger is, traditionally, a black-handled, double-edged blade used for directing energy in ritual. In Gardnerian witchcraft, it represents the element of fire. For other traditions, it represents the element of air. In most, however, it represents masculine energy. This knife is part of an altar setup and used throughout a ritual. The other knife that is important in a satanic ritual is called a Boline. The Boline knife is the “working” knife, sickly meaning, used to actually cut into the flesh in a sacrificial ritual. The Boline is about the right size when you look at the anatomical findings in Amy’s full autopsy report, as it is a smaller knife than the athame. You’ll also note the words CHO MO in the upper right corner. In the prison system, CHO MO means child molester. What exactly was he trying to say when he posted this picture?

This same guy and other people from Ashland County have been speaking about the house at 756 Bassett Rd in Westlake for years, further trying to implicate Matlock. We are not going to keep going over anything that has to do with this house any longer. Yes, Amy rode her bike back there. Yes, the house seemed suspicious. Yes, all four houses on Bassett Rd behind Amy’s had people living in them at some point who also lived in Ashland County but there doesn’t seem to be any substance beyond that. We spent a lot of time on that house and honestly it went nowhere. No real palpable substance was found.

To us, pictures like you see here tell a better story than the “he said she said” town rumors and folklore that change from year to year.

It’s no wonder LE had to filter the noise coming from the Ashland area. There are a whole lot of people down there who don’t want the truth to come out.

There is a reason that the Ashland Mayor acknowledged dark times in the past and then dedicated The city of Ashland to Christ. Look it up.

In closing, it seems to us that Al Matlock was an obvious easy choice to start the rumor mill, going in any direction, but the one leading to the truth. Is this why Al left the area a few years after Amy’s body was found? Could be

Much has been discovered and investigated since this blog was last live. Some things we may be able to elaborate on and others maybe not, so if you ask a question, be forewarned, we may not answer it. We believe The Mihaljevic family and Northeast Ohio deserve updates and ultimately answers. We are now over 150,000 man hours deep in this case.

A few years back Phil Torsney stated that what they needed more than anything, was information about the curtain. Where was it hanging, Someone who could identify it, who made it. ect ect. Since then, we quietly made those questions our number one goal and we believe we now know, who made the curtain and also the probable location where it was made. Without even trying we nearly immediately tied who we believe is the maker of the curtain to the child apprentice’s family. One connection after another falling into place with nearly no effort. In this process we’ve also uncovered some new local and out of state POI’s never before known. All data has been transfered to BVPD, who then shares the data with the FBI.

Many know about Margaret’s arrest in the Metroparks but we have recently learned that Margaret had actually been arrested more than once.

We now have newfound interest in Dean Runkle and his family. We’ve long stated if we came across information worth chasing we’d investigate it. Is it possible our POI’s and James Renner’s number one suspect actually intersect? It sure looks like it. We will probably reach out to James about this as we see the Runkle family not only tied to the child apprentice’s family but also to the location that the curtain could have been made

Our new areas of extreme interest are Willard, Greenwich, Shelby, Plymouth, Shiloh, Mansfield and Norwalk in addition to expected areas like New London and Nova Ect. There are several locations in Lorain County of interest as well

It appears as suspected early on by our team and earlier blog posts that Hispanic involvement is likely in some capacity. Is this why the County Road 1181 composite looks to be Hispanic? Possibly. Is there a Ruth Connection? Possibly. Still too early to tell. Here is the composite of the County Road 1181 sighting. Sure looks Hispanic to us.

Those who state that the area that Amy’s body was found, had few Hispanics, have clearly not taken a good look at Willard Ohio. Most of these Hispanics are from the Brownsville Texas area and migrated to Ohio in groups. Many of them work together in Willard as well with a company that manufactures lawn mowers and power equipment for landscaping.

Henry Newell Jr, the killer of 14 yr old Christie Mullins in Columbus in 1975 continues to be near or at the top of our list for the abduction of Amy but we have a few more that we feel are good candidates as well. Watch our videos for all the information on Henry Newell Jr. Newell was grooming the child apprentice to follow in his foot steps. We have Newell tied to Holly Hill where Amy spent most of her time the last few weeks of her life. We will get into this more when the time is right. Just remember what Renner said he saw in the attic space above Harold Bound’s above stable apartment. Satanic writings, Beer cans, Candle wax ect. All of this might help tell the whole story. We will elaborate soon. This involves Ohio Government dignitaries and Margarets life. The wife of one of those dignitaries also happened to share the same phone number as one member of the child apprentice’s family. That same family member also just happened to reside at the same address as family of who we believe made the curtain.

If we are right, you have your answer as to why its gone 33 years unsolved. Imagine what they are up against. It’s going to take great DNA evidence and a lot more to hold them accountable.

Do we see that happening? Not likely but still possible. How far down the corruption trickled in 1989 is anyone’s guess. Karma and God know the answers.

In one, we have a connection to the child apprentice’s family and friends and in the other we have a connection to Casey Coleman, the alibi of suspect Kurt VanGunten. Margaret was friends with Coleman’s wife somehow who also worked for the news media. Please remember that Government Dignitaries and news media are often part of the same media complex and go hand in hand. Margaret lived just a few houses down from who we’ll call politician number two and then somehow ended up working for him. Ultimately, Margaret was rubbing elbows with some of these people. The friendship with Coleman’s wife is proof. Remember something else. It’s not cheap living in Shaker Heights. How did Margaret even afford that house to begin with? She bought the house in Shaker Heights after her divorce with Mark Mihaljevic.

We use phone records, Public Records and Court Documents as well as documention from the department of vital statistics to establish these connections. only someone who has spent thousands of hours working this case would understand how important each connection is. Yes, there are errors in public records. Knowing how to sort out what is a keeper from a mistake is the key. We then use private investigation techniques and other means to further validate connections found in public records. After all this is done, the data is shared with BVPD

We will elaborate more on the connections when the time is right.

For now, we’ve given the BVPD a mountain of information. Lets hope they take it seriously and actually investigate what we provide. We are private citizens, we do not have the authority or jurisdiction to proceed with this beyond investigations. We investigate and turn over what we find. Once we do that, it’s no longer in our hands
