The Amy Army has returned from Kentucky ,satisfying all objectives for the trip. We’d like to thank Magoffin and Johnson counties for their assistance in the gathering of documentation in such a timely manner. Thank You. What we’ve learned has helped shore up our latest information involving the physical evidence and one of the crime scenes in Amy’s case. As a whole, we are feeling really good about where we are, in our investigations and the information we have supplied to BVPD. We are hopeful that this information will lead them onto a path, leading to the answers. Outside of human activity (Loud, Obnoxious pickup trucks and beer drinking country boy antics) tarnishing it’s canvas, Kentucky was a beautiful and fascinating place. Family cemetaries up on mountains is something we haven’t seen anywhere else. Overall, a great informative trip.
DNA, There is nowhere to hide anymore. The people responsible for this, if alive are thinking, it’s been all these years, We got away with it. Nope. The technology is closing in faster than they can run. As we like to say here, No one can outrun their shadow. Whatever DNA the official investigation has, at minimum will provide more investigative information such as hair color, eye color, regional information and so on. At maximum will lead directly to names and arrests. Combine Next Generation Sequencing and the technology developed by Dr Ed Green that can obtain Nuclear DNA profiles from hair shafts and heavily degraded DNA, it’s a one two punch that suggests the time is now. You should watch the following video. The best part is, this video is over 4 years old. They’ve come even further since then. This video tackles some of the challenges of the DNA in Amy’s case such as degradation and limited samples, It’s a good watch. The time is no longer tomorrow or in a few years, the time and technology is now.
We are headed to Kentucky for research and field work. Can’t go into detail on this but there are some important reasons why we are going there. These trips are expensive and we are 100% self funded, so you better believe we have good reason for this trip. This trip will help shore up the latest information we released in the previous blog entry. We may or may not put the drones up. That will depend on getting our flight plans approved in a timely manner. Either way, those drone team members will be with us for this. If for nothing else, protection as we do our field work. They are all military. Our drone team has also recently completed the droning of West Salem near Cinnamon Lake and the area around Stoll Farms, yielding 4 terabytes of 8K HD video.
BVPD has been given our most recent information. Never before has anyone put names connecting physical evidence with a crime scene in the Mihaljevic case. We are excited about it. BVPD seemed very interested in it. It was a huge discovery. We’ll release more when the time is right.
Couple of thoughts:
When Rick Burns said he saw a gold GM in his parking spot on October 27,1989, there are two things that come to mind. He is a lifelong car guy. How did he not know the exact model of GM product? In fact he gave no specifics. Just a gold GM. For a life long car guy and mechanic, this seems odd to us, that he didn’t know more about the GM vehicle he allegedly saw in his parking spot.
Rick Burns came forward with this information after learning about Dean Runkle. After is the key word here. His exact words about the man he saw with a girl in the backseat were “He looked like a teacher from the country”. Hmmmm, just doesn’t rub us the right way. The statements he made at the time Amy was abducted and the statements he made later are conflicting. Spaetzel was right about Burns misremembering two seperate events. Is there more to look into here? We’ve done quite a bit of work on Burns. There were some interesting connections found.
We are looking for the abductor now. Who went to Bay Square to get Amy. We have a good idea about the other portions of this crime but we still don’t have a number one candidate for the abduction. Henry Newell Jr and some other candidates are on our shortlist but we need more information on the abduction portion of this crime. Yes, McClellan is on that short list. We’ve been asked quite a bit lately about what we think of him. He’s as good a candidate as any for the abduction. Not sure he’s a child murderer but definitely a good candidate for the abduction.
We remain heavily focused on some areas around the body location. Willard, Plymouth, Greenwich and Norwalk are 4 of them, just to mention a few.
We are excited to share with you, tidbits of what we feel is one of the biggest breakthroughs to date, in the Mihaljevic case.
The Amy Army has been stating from the start of our investigation that what we are doing is very similar to the way DNA family trees are built out by genetic geneologists but without the DNA. Instead, using POI’s that we have investigated thoroughly as the base subjects.
This week, The Amy Army has connected for the first time, physical evidence to individuals at one of the crime scenes.
Unlike the camel colored fibers that lead to a vehicle with 1000’s of possible outcomes, we have the names that go along with the physical evidence tied to one of the crime scenes.
We aren’t going to say what the physical evidence is. We aren’t going to say which crime scene it is connected to. We are going to say that those who seek justice for Amy Mihaljevic just received a much needed boost, and one that could signify big forward movement in this case.
The building out of a family tree, led to the discovery. It is factual. There is not only hope for this case to be solved. There is a very real chance that this discovery breaks the case wide open. We will update more when the time is right.

6-19-2023 The Drone Team is currently preparing to document select areas in Wayne County which will include sections of Wooster, Marshallville and Cinnamon Lake in West Salem. Then we will also be going back to Greenwich to document 2 areas of interest we have already droned at night on US Highway 224 and 250. We are droning them again using our new 8K HD cameras in daylight.
The Cinnamon Lake and Jeffrey Rd area have been on our radar for quite awhile.
We have added a metal detection unit to our team. We are currently seeking authorization to metal detect two areas of interest in Nova. This unit will be led by an active duty police officer and 2 metal detection hobbyists. The 3 contracted members use professional grade metal detectors. Together these 3 members have over 30 years of experience in metal detection. Just like the drone team it could all be done for nothing but we sure as hell are going to try.
We are now paying anyone who can find certain documents that we fail to find on our own. This includes department of health records, name change records and things of that nature. We are doing this to seperate fact from fiction with information we’ve previously received. So, if someone sent us intentionally bogus information, we will be able to decipher the truth and investigate why the bogus information was supplied. We will pay using our own money up to $100 for each important document such as a death certificate.
From the day Amy’s body was found, that was the narrative. It didn’t happen here. You have a murdered child in your county, nobody knows anything yet. It was too early to know anything. Yet, they all seemed to spew the same narrative of it didn’t happen here. Our question, since nobody knows the murder location is, why couldn’t it have happened there? It could have happened right there on the property of 112 County Road 1181. It could’ve happened at a nearby home on Twp Rd 126. It could’ve happened at either of the two vacant house arson jobs within 2 miles. Why would someone dump the body either on their own property or very close to their own home you ask? You tell us. Let us remind you though that multiple aspects of this crime were seemingly flipping the middle finger to Law Enforcement. The call to Margaret while Amy was with her abductor to buy time. The fact that she was abducted in front of the police station. The Chief’s car number being 1181. The 45 dollars the abductor told Amy they had to spend which just happens to be the police code for simple kidnapping(Code 45). Then dumping the body face down in plain sight clearly with the intent of being found.Tell us why it is beyond the realm of possibility that Amy wasn’t killed very near the body location.
Kenneth Myers from Co Rd 16( Twp Rd 187) A little more than 1/4 mile from the body location stated. ” You hear about a body being found out in the country, but you never figure it’s gonna happen right at your back door”
Wilbur Salyer from 112 County Road 1181 – ” They been having this on television for 3 months, then you wake up and find the body about 300 yards from your house” Wilbur must have been following the case. Until Feb 8th 1990, this was a much bigger ordeal near the Cleveland area. He just spouts off the near exact amount of time Amy was missing? Not to say it wasn’t a big deal in Ashland before Amy was found but the Ashland public became a whole lot more involved once Amy’s body was found. Curious indeed that Salyer knew that (3 months) off the top of his head. 104 days is the factual time Amy was missing. Too close to not raise a brow.
Wilbur Salyer also stated – “It’s remote, that’s the only reason I can think that’d she’d be put here”
Deceased Ashland County Coroner William Emery states repeatedly he doesn’t believe Amy was murdered in Ashland County. Why not Sir? You didn’t know enough at the time to make such a statement. Unless you did know.
Jack Marshall, Cleveland news reporter also stated that other neighbors told him they believed it happened “somewhere else”
We don’t like that the people of the direct body area and cohesively tight group had this same opinion so early on. Why did they all think the same thing? Why was their narrative nearly 100% uniform in opinion? Were they attempting to steer the investigation?
We’d like to hear your opinions on this because to us, this seems almost like town wide intentional misdirection.
We’ve got so much data on the properties in the direct body area, that it would take me a month to write it all out and post it. Maybe, Just maybe, the most obvious answers were right in front of our faces the whole time in regards to Ashland.
We are near certain we have the maker of the curtain. We are near certain we know who the main players are in this thing. We will start releasing more and more as time goes on. Understanding the web is the only way to get to the spider.
Look for a post soon about the US Highway 224, Route 60 and Twp Rd 1381 area. That area ties directly into the many facets of this case and people involved in this case.
Shills, You have very little time left to come clean or you will be exposed.
The Amy Army is now going to start paying people with our own money for documents such as death certificates or proof of something we need if we can’t find it ourselves. There is only one objective of those telling lies to intentionally misdirect the investigators. Cover up is the only reason and we will start going public about the area just mentioned near the Ruggles Church. We will do this with factual data.
Time to come clean. The DNA is going to expose you and your group eventually anyway.
It’s bad enough to have a mountain of information with no answers, it becomes even worse when the trusted information sources release inconsistent information. We understand that the more you learn, that your angles can change, but some of this stuff is basic case information that should’ve been consistent from the start. In this entry we will discuss some of these inconsistencies and issues with the current investigation.
The Stranger Danger speech to Amy’s class on the day Amy was abducted. Former Chief Spaetzel says he gave that speech to Amy’s class at the Bay Middle School, yet students say they boarded a bus to go to Bay High School for the stranger danger presentation. Which is it?
The Unknown male at Bay square. Chief Spaetzel said in the crime stoppers show that Amy was last seen walking towards the parking lot. In the Lake Erie Murders Who killed Amy Mihaljevic 3 part special, this changes to “the unknown male is seen putting his hand on Amy’s back AS IF to escort her to the parking lot, the two child witnesses turned their heads and when they looked back, Amy and the unknown male were gone. Then in the most recent Dateline special it changes to no mention of the parking lot at all, simply stating they saw the unknown male bend down to say something to Amy, places his hand on her back and thats when the witnesses looked away.
The camel colored fibers. FBI analyzed the fibers found on Amy’s clothing and concluded that the fibers came from automotive carpet and most likely a GM product manufactured from 1975-1978. Earlier reports state the fibers were from a 1979 Ford Van or Camper. Which is it?
The curtain. How do you scan a curtain for hair, find Amy’s dog’s hair in 2016 but miss Amy’s hair during the same test session? Then they retested the curtain and say Amy’s hair was on both the curtain and the blanket. Amy’s hair was shoulder length at the time of death. How did they miss the human hair in 2016? It’s longer, therefore easier to spot on the curtain and blanket. They didn’t find Amy’s hair but found Amy’s dog Jake’s hair? Odd. Very odd. Then again, this investigation, sat on the curtain and blanket for about 25 years before testing it at all. Even though they suspected that the curtain and blanket could be connected to the homicide. What else is sitting in the evidence room that they aren’t testing? In the Dateline special they said they were gonna open up the vault and show people what they have. This opened vault revealed nothing but a bunch of photographs available on the internet printed on paper and scattered across a large table. *Phil Torsney did state during the press conference that other hairs and fibers were found on the curtain and blanket but he did not say that Amy’s hair was on the items at that time. He only stated the investigation with the fibers and hairs as ongoing.
Mark Mihaljevic’s whereabouts on Oct 27th 1989. Mark Mihaljevic has stated repeatedly that he got home around 6pm and was at a zone meeting in Cincinnati. In the Lake Erie Murders special, Mark Spaetzel states in Part 1, that Mark Mihaljevic was at Qua Buick in Cleveland. Which is it? In this case we are fairly certain that Spaetzel is thinking of the day Amy’s body was found that Mark Mihaljevic was at Qua Buick in Cleveland when he received notice that Amy’s body was found. Still though, if you are watching the Lake Erie Murders and you don’t know this case well or at all, what is said in the TV program becomes the factual base. They need to get the basic facts correct in these shows. Not doing so could botch good leads and create false leads.
The missed important information. Two situations come to mind immediately. A) Did Janet Seabold see the curtain,blanket or jacket in the ditch on county road 1181 as she jogged towards Amy’s body? B) Did Jason Mihaljevic see Amy’s bike in the rack when he left school on Oct 27th 1989? Jason states in the Lake Erie murders that they both rode their bikes down to the middle school. If he rode with Amy to school it can be easy to assume that they’d chain their bikes up in the rack close to each other. Jason also states that if he saw Amy’s bike somewhere because she stopped off somewhere on the way home, that he’d notice her bike because they traveled the same route to and from school. Why didn’t he see her bike when he went to the rack to get his bike? If he saw Amy’s bike still in the rack, then why didn’t he already know that Amy wouldn’t be home when he got home? Amy’s bike should have been gone from the bike rack because she got out of school an hour before Jason did. *Jason did not ride bikes to school with Amy on Oct 27th 1989, Jay Elish said in an email response to us but Jason still should have seen Amy’s bike still in the rack when he got out of school. No one seems to ask this question. Only the Amy Army has asked this question. Why?
Why can’t anyone in the Ashland County Sheriff’s Office answer our question of whether or not there was a path of pushed down weeds leading from the road to Amy’s body in the field, the morning she was found? This was important! If there was a path of pushed down weeds, then this would mean that the weeds were pushed down recently. If there were no such weeds pushed down, this sides with the thought that Amy’s body was there in the field for a longer period of time. They just went barging through the weeds to see if it was a body, as it was called in. Since it wasn’t documented, they’ve botched and lost this critical information and maybe even ruined some footprints in the process. Shoddy detective work. This was questioned by nobody but The Amy Army.
The information catch 22. Spaetzel has stated that he believes the ONLY way this case will be solved is by input from the public. Someone is going to have to come forward with direct knowledge and give them the information. This basically means, solve it for us, does it not? All the while, the public is greeted with the same old “we take information, not give it” mentality. Do they not realize that the more information they put out to the public, the more tips and information they will receive? Help us help you BVPD, and truly release all you have. If the public doesn’t know where you are headed with this, how can we the public provide relevant information? This mentality is part of the reason this case is going on 34 years unsolved. They also don’t publicly state who they’ve eliminated. So the public continues to beat the dead horse. They need to release a list of suspects they’ve eliminated.
The DNA. They are always saying that they are waiting for DNA Technology to get advanced enough to take what DNA they have and advance this case. The Reality. Thanks to Dr Ed Green at U.S.C, The technology they need has been available for a couple YEARS now. This technology can take the 3 rootless hair samples they have and give them nuclear DNA. It can also take the other MTDNA they have and give them nuclear DNA from those samples. And, what exactly are they talking about that testing the DNA uses up the DNA? Can’t it be replicated or documented so they have the information in permanent record for as many tests as they need? From what we have learned, it certainly can. What are they waiting for? The time is now. We are not attacking The BVPD or the official investigation, we want to help them more, but how can we?
Traffic at Bay Square at the time of Amy’s abduction: According to Renner’s book, Bay Barber Jim Kapucinski said it was dead with maybe 4 or 5 cars in the parking lot, yet the official investigation and multiple other outlets state that the plaza was bustling on Oct 27, 1989. Which is it?
Let’s go back to the Lake Erie Murders 3 part program “Who killed Amy Mihaljevic”. At the end of Part 1 and in the beginning of part 2, the official investigation released for the first time, information about a call that was made to NCMEC, The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The entire context of this call was one sentence.
“MY NAME IS AMY MIHALJEVIC AND I’M IN FARMINGTON MAINE”
A few minutes into part 2, the program states, “Then, more bad news, the audio analysis of the phone message conclusively determines it’s not Amy’s voice.
As the segment played out, Bay Village Detective Jim Tompkins stated that “One of the FBI Agents told us that this could be a person by the name of Gottschalk, who used to make phone calls in response to these national center posters and say that they were the person that was missing”
Then they flash to these newspaper clippings.
Neither of the two clippings they showed are referring to the call made by Gottschalk. The newspaper clips they show are from other incidents that were local
So, Let’s talk about Gottschalk.
Well, good luck finding anything on Gottschalk because there is zero information on this person.
“An FBI agent told us” Which one?
“This Gottschalk wasn’t charged because she is determined to have serious mental health issues”
It sounds to us that the reason she wasn’t charged was because they couldn’t conclusively prove that it was Gottschalk who made the call. So, if they couldn’t conclusively prove Gottschalk made the call, how can they conclusively prove it wasn’t Amy’s voice on the recording?
Isn’t that the way of it? The person is mental, the blanket scapegoat. She sounded perfectly alert and oriented in the call to NCMEC.
She is also determined by us to be an incredible impersonator of Amy’s voice.
There is an entry here on this blog, on this subject, further down that is a must read. In short they compared Amy’s class book report audio to the phone call received at NCMEC. You cannot get an accurate reading in megahertz if the two recorded sources are not the same.

The NCMEC call is a mono telephone. This is why music sounds terrible when you are on hold and there is music playing.
When comparing the two you must establish a baseline. In this case you analyze the moments of silence and we did just that. The two recordings are so different that an accurate megahertz reading is not possible.
In our tests, we isolated the voice in each recording and focused on the nuances of the voices. They are very close, if not, spot on.
Now a question, does your phone voice on an old telephone sound exactly like you? The honest answer is probably, somewhat.
So, knowing the two recordings are inherently different in pitch, we focused on the subtle nuances of the two recordings in the voice itself.
This Gottschalk girl was able to nail Amy’s subtle voice nuances perfectly, fooling both Mark and Margaret into thinking that this call was actually Amy and that Amy, was alive. Again, no one knew Amy’s phone voice better than Margaret. So, we are supposed to believe everything we are spoonfed, that the FBI says? Lets remind them we are going on 34 years with no answers. Perhaps they should start listening to other ideas and even theories. They should retest the audio samples on more modern professional audio software.
Since this Gottschalk girl made so many calls to NCMEC that the FBI was aware of her by name, you’d think that this name would come up in other missing person cases but to date we have not found one other case that had this Gottschalk girl call in on. Not one newspaper reported a Gottschalk call in relation to other cases. There are other people completely invested in other cases and no one ever mentions this Gottschalk girl. There are no mentions of this girl anywhere online.
Do we believe Amy was in Farmington Maine. It is unlikely, but possible. She could have been taken there, murdered and brought back to Ohio to be placed on County Road 1181 shortly before Amy’s body was found.
The name itself is interesting as the name Gottschalk is a german male name meaning “Servant of God”
The FBI’s conclusion conclusively proved nothing.
We aren’t the only ones that doubt the reliability of the voice spectrograph used by the FBI
There is one other case of something similar happening in Kansas and here is the newspaper clipping for that. You’d think, since she’s documented in the Mihaljevic case that there would be other documented case’s for this Gottschalk if she called in on those as well, but there is nothing. As with most leads in the Amy case, we get the big fat nothing burger from the official investigation. 34 years. enough said.

Amy’s actual clothing. We are posting this photo to illustrate the lack of a large quantity of blood found on Amy’s sweatshirt. This tells us a couple things
A. Given the nature of a transected(cut) left carotid artery and the amount of blood that would pump out the laceration until the heart stops, it can only be concluded that the clothing was not on Amy at the time of the injury to her neck. We have seen the full autopsy report. There was minimal blood on the clothing. Certainly not consistent with the type of wound Amy suffered. The blood had to go somewhere. We are talking multiple liters of blood. The blood isn’t on the curtain or blanket either as we have seen those items from every conceivable angle. This means the clothing was put back on Amy and the Curtain/ Blanket were used to wrap and transport Amy’s body. This means Amy was “Dry” when wrapped in the curtain/blanket for transport. Her body was found in advanced decomposition. There is ZERO chance Amy decomposed within these clothes, the curtain and blanket. If she did, all 3 items would be heavily stained. We prove this in our video on the body. This proves Amy was placed in the field during the advanced decomposition stage. If Amy was in the clothing and within the curtain and blanket during the bloating stage, all of the items would be saturated with liquified body matter. Telling people her body laid in that field the whole time is ridiculous. Amy was placed in that field most likely hours before being found. Our estimate is between 4 and 8 hours. Make sure you watch our video on the body. We go over all details including the lack of insects in Amy’s corpse.

B. Reports from Law Enforcement on scene County Road 1181 on Feb 8th 1990 stating verbatim “There was blood, plenty”. Where is it? It’s not on her clothing. We know this and there is the photo to prove it. Amy was obviously not wearing these clothes at the time of suffering the stab wounds to her neck.

Verbatim “The anterior and posterior aspects of the body are covered partially by dry twigs and weeds”. We would hope that the official investigation identified the twigs and weeds found on Amy. If you have vegetation on Amy’s body that isn’t from Co Rd 1181, you’d not only have a good clue, you’d know for a fact, that Amy was at another location where those twigs and weeds originated.
Amy’s sweatshirt had a V neck with a pattern of Reindeer within the V neck, The size was medium and the brand was Outside Interest. The color is written as light blue.
Amy’s sweatpants were mint green
Amy’s socks were white with horizontal blue and pink stripes.
Amy’s underpants were worn inside out. They are white with green print. The brand is Christy Brooks and the size is 10-12. The crotch of the pants is stained dark red.
*Addendum: The Autopsy states “there is dark red staining of the crotch of the pants. This is written after the underpants information and not the pants information. We are not 100% sure which article of clothing they are referring to. it reads as if they were referring to the underpants. All it states about the pants is that they were mint green. Then they describe the underpants. In that paragraph they state that the crotch of the pants is stained dark red. It appears that they were documenting the underpants. We can’t be sure. We can only report what is written.
This is a far cry from the “one drop of blood” the public has been told for years if they were referring to the underwear.
Verbatim “Washerwoman changes are noted on the soles of the feet and the palms of the hands”
*Toxicology. Within the autopsy report there is ethanol noted at a level of .02mu. This is a deep subject requiring a fair amount of knowledge in body decomposition and how to figure out if the alcohol present is ante-mortem (before death) or post-mortem (after death). There are many variables to consider in the determination process of why the ethanol is present. It would appear to us, based on our medical knowledge and knowledge of body composition that the alcohol found in Amy’s body was post mortem and produced by the body during decomposition. Certain tests of the liver are needed to determine if the metabolytes necessary to prove ingestion were present. The presence of these metabolytes would indicate ante-mortem ingestion of alcohol. We may get into this in the future and go much deeper into the subject. For basic knowledge we would suggest you search “ethanol in a corpse” You will then have a basic knowledge of how the decomposition process produces ethanol. The conversion of glucose, environmental factors and relationship of the ethanol to trauma of the body.

A copy of the full autopsy report. There is some public confusion about the autopsy. There was one autopsy done and it was conducted by Dr Balraj, the Cuyahoga County Coroner. Makes us wonder why Dr Emery’s office got so upset with James Renner for wanting to see the autopsy report. Let us keep in mind that in the area of Amy’s body, everybody knew each other and many were actually family. We will get into this more in another entry.

What’s interesting about this photo? It appears to have been taken prior to 1989, indicating that Ruth knew the Mihaljevic family for longer than people speculate. Maybe not much sooner, perhaps late 1988 or even early 1989 but Amy’s hair is a bit different and Jason and Ruth appear a tick younger/thinner than we see in other photos of the 3. We could be wrong but it is our opinion based on what we see here in this photograph

Ashland County Coroner William Emery. One of the things we’ve learned about Dr Emery since he passed away was that this guy was a big time Free Mason.

Do you see anything peculiar? Did you happen to notice that the photo of the barn door that has been spread on main stream media has been photoshopped? Take a look at how bad of a job they did. They didn’t even fully cover up the words that you can still see under the words on top. What did it say before they altered it?

Why is it that you cannot find the Unsolved Mysteries Episode covering the Tinsley case that contains an unmodified photo of the barn door? It is completely removed from the internet.
There is a code written in the section that they photoshopped out that they don’t want you to see. They do not want you to see the (D)
This is where the nuke is in the Mihaljevic Case. When we release the information it will tie every facet of this case together. You will understand.
Now contemplate why almost everyone feels there is no real advancement in the Amy case. Almost as if Law Enforcement has it’s hands tied huh?
Who holds the power to render Police almost powerless? Why almost 34 years unsolved with the police having a ton of information to work with? The Amy Army has sent them everything they need to close this case including who is the most likely maker of the curtain. The information also ties to the barn door. We did it all in under 5 years. All tied together neatly and factually on a silver platter.
If and when we push the button on the Mihaljevic case and release the information, it will end all doubt. It’s not a theory. We have the facts to back it up. When the time is right, you’ll know.
For now, we will leave it up to your interpretation on what the (D) stands for.
Why we do it: Ashland/Huron/Richland Counties are not the city. There are structures hidden by Google Earth. Google streetview is unavailable for many of the rural areas we wanted to look at. There are driveways that are a quarter mile long in the middle of densely wooded areas that cannot be seen via a roadway. Sending a team by land onto their private property breaks the law, in the form of trespassing. We can legally fly over any of these areas, as the law states, the person who owns a piece of property owns the land but not the airspace above the property. This allows us to see the properties otherwise obstructed from view. Structures including houses, barns, garages ect.
Let’s take Cult activity as an example. There are certain things we will look for such as areas that would supply ample parking for cult members and some wide open spaces hidden by trees. We look for obvious and not so obvious signs of cult activity. We have documented quite a bit on HD video.
Now let us consider vehicles. From the road, maybe no cars are visible. Then we put the drone up and discover disabled vehicles 2000ft back on the property next to an old dilapidated garage. To date we have discovered a half dozen vehicles that would match the fibers found on Amy’s clothing. Although this may seem to be an ambiguous task, there is a reason Amy was found in that rural area and not somewhere else. The proof is out there and we are driven to find it. The Ashland area is one place within a reasonable driving distance to Bay Village where they could go and get away with this. There are areas where you could yell at the top of your lungs and from the road, no one would hear you. The place was a hotbed for Cult Activity and to be honest, you can feel it in the air when you are out there. It’s a heavy unsettling feeling. It almost feels like standing in a forest that recently burned. Haunting and unsettling is the best way to describe it. It’s palpable.
Our Drone Team consists of mostly military personnel. Our main military trained pilot has served 2 tours in Iraq and 1 in Afghanistan. He is one of the best. We now have two professional police/military grade drones equipped with night vision, 8K Cameras and the latest GPS technology.
We also deploy a full ground support crew on every mission to adhere to all applicable FAA drone requirements. We carry all licensure with us on every flight. Each flight is approved by the FAA before we launch the Drones. We are now licensed to operate the drones from moving vehicles as well. This will open up even more doors for us. To date we have over 15 terrabytes of 8k HD video. Once we discover a POI that lives on a sprawling property with out buildings or heavy wooded areas, we will drone the property
Is it helping: We think so. It certainly brings into sight, areas that one could never discover legally.
What we never do: We never step foot onto private property. We do not enter any structure. We do not land on private property. We adhere to every law governing Drones with no exceptions. We take this very seriously.

What you should never do: If the airspace above your property is being droned, never do anything that endangers the safe operation of our aircraft. Endangering the safe operation of the drone, including, shooting any projectile weapon at the drone such as a slingshot, pellet gun or BB gun, not just lethal firearms. Swatting at the drone in any way. Also included in endangering the aircraft is harrassment or interference of the pilot. Doing so is a felony and you will be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In other words, Don’t be stupid, you don’t own the air and we are licensed to be there. We will gladly speak with any property owner who approaches us decently. We always carry documentation to show any law enforcement called to the area we are operating. So far, most have been decent and understanding of our presence. A few had their ego’s checked.
The bottom line: The rural areas were prechosen by the perp(s) for a reason. Whether it was just to dispose of Amy’s body, all the way up to cult ritual activity. We always prepare for worst case scenario first. It is no secret that we heavily consider Amy could have been part of a sacrificial ritual. The evidence certainly lends itself well to this. From the blood loss, to the area, to the arson of vacant structures, pre Halloween (Samhain)Abduction. A new(dark) moon overnight on Oct 28th into the 29th. This is the period we believe Amy was killed. This fits the anatomical findings within the autopsy report, stomach contents, decomposition of the body and professional opinion on how long Amy was alive before being killed. We have droned every property that lends itself well to this type of activity. Could it all be for nothing? Yep, but what accomplishment ever reached fruition without effort. The answer is none. Whatever it takes. We will at minimum help in solving this case, if not solve it completely. This is our promise and we will not give up.
