Blaze asked me to chime in on the subject of Satanism and sacrificial rituals. My pseudonym within the Amy Army is Kai and I’ve been studying theology and the occult for nearly three decades. I hold a master’s degree in theology and a bachelor’s in psychology. I joined the Amy Army after Blaze shared the basics of this case with me back in 2018 and asked me to come aboard. As stated in previous blog posts, this case does have the hallmarks of a ritualistic killing and is worthy of continued discussion on the subject of why Amy was abducted and killed. After being with this team and learning all the details of the case, I’m becoming increasingly convinced that this is a crime that is the work of a cult. One thing I would like to emphasize is, these types of crimes are not an Ashland County problem or a Bay Village problem but a problem on a global scale. It is occurring in all walks of life, in cities, in the country, and all over the world. The rural country being the locations with the highest percentage of these crimes far and away. There is another blog that has stated that there was cult activity before 1989 in the body recovery area and perhaps after 1989-1990 but not during the timeframe of Amy’s murder in what appears to be an effort to illustrate that cult activity could not be considered a viable possibility in the murder of Amy. I’m not one to call out others or stir the pot, but this was a ridiculous statement by that blog’s author who is insinuating that the known cult activity in the body recovery area took a vacation during Amy’s murder. The author’s source for this conclusion was a book, a book I know well called Cults that Kill by Larry Kahaner. The blog’s author cited Kahaner as being an expert in the occult and that the author was completely omniscient of all cult related existence and crime, on a state level and goes as far as stating Kahaner knew every county in Ohio and what cults existed during the timeframe of Amy’s murder. A ridiculous statement. Larry Kahaner is a talented journalist and author but is certainly not an expert in the occult because he wrote one book on the subject. There are 3,143 Counties in the United States and 88 Counties in Ohio. There is no person that could possibly be omniscient to all cult activity for all those counties, and to investigate those 88 counties, for a long enough time to come to the other blog’s conclusion. Cults and Satanists do not broadcast their practices and are amongst the most secretive people in society. Many consider them secret societies themselves, so to make such a claim it leaves me wondering what the true intent of trying to misdirect the people reading it might have been. I’ve been studying the occult for nearly 30 years in Ohio and I couldn’t tell you every cult in every county. The other blog’s statement is the equivalent of saying Larry Kahaner is the Santa Claus of the cult world, knowing all who’ve been naughty or nice. He doesn’t see the cults when they’re sleeping and he would only know if they were awake if they made national headlines. Kahaner is from New York. I will be contacting Larry and asking him if he spoke to the other blog’s author and I will ask him if he knew every cult in every county in Ohio in 1989. I’m all but certain he will say no. No one could make that claim. If the other blog’s author would like to publish the proof of even speaking to Kanaher, I will post his response to my email here on this blog, even though he is not the go to person for cult crimes. Kanaher is knowledgable because he researched the subject for his only book on cults and his book was researched and published in 1988 before Amy’s abduction. Kanaher writes about multiple subjects. I am very certain that cult activity in the body recovery location was present before and during the crimes against Amy as I’ve specifically studied cult activity in the Ashland and Tri- County areas in other cases. I’d personally recommend looking into the work of FBI Chief Ted Gunderson over any author. Gunderson is a reliable source. Moving on, as this team and blog are about the Mihaljevic case and not about listening to the constant misdirection of those who’s motive doesn’t appear to want to help uncover the answers that solve this case, but to keep the answers covered up indefinitely through this misdirection, complication and adding confusion to this case. The hallmarks are all there for a cult crime. We and the official investigation must investigate this as a viable path to the answers…
Secrecy is a key word in Satanic cults and covens. Cult members are often given free drugs, sex, promises of power and other things to keep them loyal and quiet. They are threatened with death if they talk and these members have seen enough to take these threats very seriously. Logically speaking there is only one reason for such secrecy and that is the illegal and very serious crimes being commited within the cults. As Blaze has stated the secrecy is palpable. If you ask about cult activity in the area of the body, more times than not you are greeted with an unpleasant look and the question, why are you asking? If there is nothing to hide, why is there an issue in discussing the possibility that Amy was a victim of a cult related crime? The author of the other blog attacked this team for bringing up facts that we have uncovered. There is a reason that the other blog’s author took our blog posts so personally. What those reasons are, are yet to be determined. Why would someone so feverishly defend the no cult narrative when no one knows who did this or why Amy was killed? It is also worthy of mentioning that if you look at the real estate records for that area, many of those people migrated north into Norwalk and Sandusky a few years after Amy was found. Wilbur Salyer sold the farm to the White family in 1993 and they are still there to this day giving people a hard time for sight seeing the body location. Interestingly, a member of the White family purchased the Child Apprentice’s childhood home in 2022. Blaze recently sent that information to Det Sgt Elish at BVPD…
Open minds are essential. The Amy Army persues all avenues to the answers. If the other blog’s author is doing this because the author wants to be the one to solve it, then it is time for the author to bring the facts forward and quit attacking those with opposing views. If that blog’s author turned out to be right, I know this team would celebrate it because our hearts are in the right place and we want it solved. The other blog’s author called us “Do Gooders”, a very suspicious thing to call others, as if doing good is a bad thing? Think about that point as you read on. There have been leaks from people from the body area cult back in 1989. People have contacted us and have submitted information. This information was thoroughly checked out and validated…
When you hear the term dabblers, this means people who are in the earliest form of Satanism. They are often young men that outwardly project their interest in the occult with graffiti, death metal music and symbolism. Dabblers must be taken seriously as they often turn into initiated devotees. Our blog has mentioned a young man who built a satanic shrine in his Grandmother’s house on Township Road 126, very close to the body location. Shrine’s are not constructed by dabblers. Shrine’s are typically constructed by the more devoted Satanist. This blog did not insinuate this young man had anything to do with Amy’s murder or the blood in the house on County Road 500 but rather suggested that he might be in a family of generational satanists. That is why he was brought up. His mother and deceased step father are and were devout Christian pastors. The step father was apparently very cruel to the young man and perhaps that is the catalyst in this young man seeking a rebellious religion. He and his mother seem to have a decent relationship. All the pastors I’ve encountered would likely disown their child for this personal choice or at the least, have a very turbulent relationship with them. Understanding the dynamic of what a satanist believes is key here. Christians and satanists hate what the other represents and everything the other stands for. It is dog versus mailman. Satanists are great manipulators, which is another personality trait that fits with Amy’s abductor. To them, lying is truth and truth is lying. Whatever a Christian believes is good the satanist will see as bad. They are polar opposites. This is the reason they invert the holy cross. Satanists are sneaky. They will infiltrate a church, purport themselves as members of a Christian church. You will never find a better liar than a satanist. They certainly lie about what does and doesn’t occur within their cults. This deception is another trait that ties well into Amy’s case. Obviously using the love, a child has for her mother to abduct and murder the child, is a pronounced red flag. One that is indicative of a certain type of psychological mindset seen in the follower’s of Satan. Blaze has posted all the indications so I don’t have to elaborate further on why this looks like a crime of a Satanic cult. It is worthy of mentioning as well that this young man’s stepfather worked at Ford with the brother of one of the Bay Barber Shop barbers and Ted Lamborgine..
There are 3 levels of Satanic involvement.
1.Dabblers
2. Spiritual Involvement
3. Criminal Involvement
There are also other lists with these 2.
- Self Described Satanists
- Generational Satanists
Self describing satanists are considered the most dangerous as they write their own rules. This group of satanists will take their own Church of Satan literature, bend and contort it’s contents to justify anything the self described satanist does, including sacrificial ritual murder. The Night Stalker Richard Ramirez, Henry Lee Lucas and David Berkowitz are three examples of self described satanists.
Generational satanists are exactly what the title implies. They are born into a satanist family. This group has been known to be some of the worst in terms of crime. The children are indoctrinated young. this group is most likely to contain breeders, girls impregnated for the purpose of producing babies for sacrifice. These groups are most likely to be from a rural country area and farms in many cases. They are some of the most dispicable satanists and are sometimes seen in their hometown at their local Christian Churches as parishioners and even Pastors.
It is my personal opinion that if a satanic cult was responsible for what happened to Amy, they would most likely come from one of these two distinctions.
While books are certainly good to read on this subject, I’d recommend studying the case files of crimes with suspected satanic cult activity. Downloading the NCJRS PDF files is a good idea as they are excellent resources formed from the many satanic cult cases Law Enforcement has worked through the years. To give credit where it’s due, Larry Kahaner did contribute to the NCJRS research, but it is also well known that many don’t believe Kanaher had the expertise in the occult to become reference material for Law Enforcement training as illustrated in the article below.

I have collected the following videos on the subject. I would like for you to pay attention to the dates of the crimes spoken about in these videos. Many are in the peak of this satanic movement between the years of 1980 through 1995. There was and still is, huge government cover up with these types of crimes. Some of their reasons for covering it up are more logical than others and that is not a rabbit hole I’d like to go down here but make no mistake about it. It exists. Satanic rituals and sacrifices are not some far fetched conspiracy, they are absolutely real and have been practiced for ages all over the world. There is a mountain of evidence and little prosecution in these cases. Corruption and evil at the highest levels play a part in this. Please use discretion when viewing this material and don’t take it lightly. When you have thousands of children that don’t know each other all stating essentially the same thing, it must be taken seriously. Bare in mind, this all occurred before the internet existed. Get educated on this subject before ruling it out. It fits well in Amy’s case.
Next up for me and this team within the Amy Army is disecting the satanic activity in Bay Village back in 1989 to see if anything lines up with the satanic activity in the Ashland area.
Thank You,
-Kai
