Amy Army activity 10-12-2023

A sub group within our team is studying elements of the Oakland Country Child Killer case looking for commonalities and other information that may line up with Amy’s case.

The drone team completed operations of the H Bound house on Wolf Rd and McClellan/Blackman house on Lake Rd.

We have been surprised by the amount of tips that have come in through our tip line. As always we encourage you to share that information with the BVPD or FBI as well. Doing that helps us a bit because when we investigate your tips and hand over any additional data, the BVPD might already be acclimated to the names you have submitted. Thank you for your submissions.

We’ve pulled all available data from G.M sources to narrow down the exact model 1982 Oldsmobile Bill McClellan drove in 1989-1990. We’ve been attempting to view the court records reported by News 5 Cleveland. We are not sure how reporter Scott Noll was able to view those documents as our attempts to view them have been unsuccessful. Once we pinpoint which vehicle model it could be, we’ll post those results. As a reminder though, a 1982 Oldsmobile does not have the same auto carpet as a 1975-1978 GM product because the carpet types were changed for the 80’s vehicles. Remember this as well, Just because the model might not match the FBI analysis of the carpet fibers found on Amy doesn’t automatically disqualify that vehicle. Case in point. What if they had 1978 carpeted floormats in the 1982 Oldsmobile for whatever reason. There are many scenarios to consider as well as the possibility of multiple vehicles.

We are reviewing P.D Glyph records for a whole group of individuals in the area of the body location. This helps us understand through various EMS and P.D incident reports who was in trouble for what. We see first hand who had issues with drugs, violence and other crimes. This is especially important when looking at how drugs play a role in Satanic Cult activity. You can have drug issues without being a Satanist but seldomly do Satanists not have drug issues. Glyph records are easy to find online and you can view them by searching Glyph Reports followed by the city you wish to view. We have gathered over 1,000 Glyph reports in PDF format from doing this. It is very helpful. Only drawback is they usually don’t go back far enough, but will still give you an idea. If you had a POI in mind that you suspect and they had a drug problem at 60yrs old, chances are they’ve had that drug problem for quite a long time. You get the idea. Check them out and let us know what you have found that could be related to the Mihaljevic case.

We want to remind the readers that we go all in on every angle. It may appear that we are all over the map and looking at any number of directions in the search for answers. This is done because open minds solve crimes. Until there is a definitive direction leading to the answers, this is the most productive strategy. There is a method to our madness. Before James Renner went all in on Dean Runkle, he was researching many POI’s. We feel he did his best work before getting stuck on the Runk. We have our favorites but surprisngly, unlike most who are chasing answers in this case, we don’t have a top 5 or 10. All leads are investigated with the same intensity. Becoming fixed on one person or even one group, closes doors. in a case with little to go on, this is a fatal error and one this team will not commit.

Keep those tips coming. We are very grateful to those from the body recovery area who have contacted us with information. We understand that in a Cult situation that the harder we press, the deeper into secrecy, witnesses and victims of this activity will go. Fear not. They do not own you, they do not possess any power over you. Their strength comes from threats Threaten us. We’ll fight them just like we’ve been fighting for justice in the Mihaljevic case. They are humans, we have no fear of their threats or hocus pocus bullshit. Evil cannot exist without good, the good can exist without evil.

Number 9 of the Satanic Statements says that Satan has been the best friend the Church has ever had as he has kept it in business all these years. Anton Szandor LaVey; You were a moron. You owe every pathetic breath you took to the one who gave you life. It was God who gave you life and kept you breathing all your years. Anton and Amy’s killer have the same fate. Maybe they’ll ‘party’ together. Anyways…

Don’t let the White family stop you from seeing the body discovery site. We have heard many times that once people stopped on 1181 they would be chased away by people coming out of the houses near the body location. They don’t own the road. Just stay off their field and they have no reason to confront you. If they do, remind them the road is not their property. Call the S.O if they threaten you in any way.

No one came out of their houses when we lined Co Rd 1181 with 80 of our guys. Next time we go, we plan on having at least 250 of us in attendance where we will photograph it from the air as a show of solidarity to the mission we are on.

Mihaljevic Case 101 *Updated 10-9-2023*

This is still one of the better run downs of the Mihaljevic case. This is from Cleveland Magazine.

Areas highlighted in yellow we find questionable or are added notes.

Areas highlighted in orange we feel are incorrect. Orange entries will be followed by an explanation why we feel it is incorrect.

Amy Mihaljevic

Who Killed Amy?

Ten years after her death, Amy Mihaljevic’s murder remains a mystery. But by opening evidence to the public, Bay Village police hope to catch the killer.

It started as a brief but chilling flash of news, racing over the wire in terse words, spoken with careful reserve by news broadcaster, passed along in cautious tones from friend to neighbor.

Bay Village Police are seeking a little girl who failed to return home from school late this afternoon.

The words were cold but loaded, like a hand grenade.

Bulletins like these are often false alarms. Countless kids go traipsing off to school and come home just fine, day after day, year after year. A lot of them come home late. Between school and home for a 10-year-old is a world of wonder. She was off somewhere with schoolmates, stopped at a friend’s, went to the store with her brother, came home and fell asleep in the guest room — a few minutes, maybe, an hour or so, and the little mystery is solved, the girl is clasped in the arms of her exasperated but joyful mother and all is well.

Until that moment of relief, the throat-tightening thought that it may be something worse, the worst there is, claws at those who have heard a child is at risk. The first reports provoked no grave alarm. Bay village, after all, is one of the safest places on Earth.

Through late October, there were no murders in Bay Village that year. There were no rapes, no kidnappings or abductions in 1989; only three robberies, two assaults and 12 car thefts in the entire city. There had never been a child homicide in the city’s history. The police are proficient. The citizens are responsible and community-minded. Bay Village is how modern civilization is supposed to be, tranquil and secure.

A follow-up news flash came quickly on the heels of the first. Still no sense of panic, but enough details to provoke a hint of real concern.

Ten-year-old Amy Renee Mihaljevic was reported missing by her mother late this afternoon. Bay Village police are searching the area surrounding her Lindford Drive home and Bay Square Shopping Center, where she was last seen at approximately 3 p.m., wearing a pale green sweatsuit with lavender trim. She is 4-foot-10, 90 pounds, with straight blonde hair and brown eyes.

Between 2:15 and 2:45pm

3:14 p.m.
Amy’s brother, Jason, then 13, had taken the first small step that led to the most intense child search in local history. Jason had called his mother at work to report Amy’s absence when she was only minutes late. Both kids were usually home by 3 p.m. and both called Mom at work soon after just to say, “Hi, we’re home.” Every day. No special reason. There had never been an incident, no cause for concern; it was just the family way. The pattern was so consistent that Jason sounded the alarm within minutes.

For Amy’s mother, that call was the first raindrop of the violent thunderstorm that would wreak havoc on her family and her life. Today, Margaret McNulty recalls that she was only mildly concerned. “She had mentioned something to me about trying out for the choral group,” she recalls, “so I told Jason to call back in a little while. I told him not to worry.”

But she did. “It was a feeling,”she says. “A very bad feeling. “After 10 years, that thought is enough to send a ripple of emotion across her face like a chill wind through the room.

3:30 p.m.
Jason called again. “Amy’s still not home.” Even knowing Amy had reason to be late, Margaret was concerned enough to gather her things and prepare to leave her work at Tradin’ Times magazine to get home and check on her little girl. But something happened, something not widely known before, something that haunts Margaret to this day.

Amy called.

3:40 p.m.
To her mother’s great relief, Amy called and Margaret sat back down at her desk. Everything was fine. Or was it? She asked how the tryout went and Amy said, “OK. ” She asked how she was doing and Amy said, “Fine.” Margaret had the clear impression that Amy was calling from home. They talked briefly, Mom and Amy, then bye-bye and see you soon. It was the last time Margaret ever spoke to her only daughter.

“That was critical,” says Jim Tompkins, the lead detective on Case #BV-8900713 from the first day in 1989 until his retirement this past January. “It bought him an hour or more.” Precious getaway time for the man authorities call the “Unknown Male.”

Expert analysts also believe this crucial event reveals important details about him. They are certain he was standing right there, that he knew Amy was supposed to call and told her what to say. “It tells us he was executing a bold plot that included Amy, her family and the police — Bay Village PD headquarters is right across the street from that mall, ” says Robert Ressler, a pioneer in criminal psychological profiling for the FBI.” This is an intelligent man, presentable, well-spoken. This is a complicated personal crime.”

Margaret went back to her work with the inexplicable but nagging feeling that things still weren’t right. “She answered my questions with a word — ‘Yes,’ ‘OK,’ ‘Fine’ — that wasn’t like her,” says Margaret. “She was a little chitter-chatterbox.” A short time later, for reasons known only to a mother, Margaret left work early and rushed home. She wasn’t in the house half a minute when Jason said, “Mom, she’s still not here.”

Margaret arrived at BVPD at 5:58pm and left work at her normal time. If she didn’t she would’ve arrived at BVPD earlier.

4:30 p.m.
Margaret ran back to the car and drove to Bay Middle School. The building was closed, no cars in the lot, no one there, only Amy’s aqua-colored bicycle with the white wicker basket, alone and abandoned at the rack. For Margaret, that riderless bike was an instant and unshakable symbol of doom. She fights the tears while trying to describe what was, for her, the defining moment of tragedy. “I knew right then it was something terrible … disaster,” she recalls. “I never said it, but that bike — I was sick, I was shaking, I knew something terrible had happened to Amy.”

Amy’s bike did not have a basket

Margaret drove directly to the Bay Village Police Department, part of the City Hall Building at Wolf and Dover Center roads, and ran inside. Two officers huddled with her right away, sat her down and got her story. They took notes, asked questions. It had been less than an hour since Amy had called. It would have been understandable if the Bay police advised patrolling officers to keep an eye out for her and let it go at that. In spite of the lack of any evidence of foul play, that’s not what happened. The case officer picked up on Margaret’s instinct wavelength. “Yes, [officer] Barbara Slepecky made the assessment on the spot,” recalls Farrell Cleary, Bay Village safety director. “It was her call and she immediately classified it as a child abduction. So we went full bore on it right away.”

5:14 p.m.
The first police bulletin provided a full description of Amy to police on duty, quickly relayed to their counterparts in Westlake, Rocky River, Fairview Park and Avon Lake.

Margaret didn’t arrive at BVPD until 5:58pm

6 p.m.
Mark Mihaljevic arrived home from a day on the road as a customer service representative for General Motors, unaware of anything amiss until he walked in the door. Shocked silent at the news, he did the only thing he could — roll up his sleeves and pitch in.

Mihaijevic has a humble but solid presence, like an honest farmer. He’s not tall, but broad shouldered and thickset. He doesn’t waste gestures or expressions. There aren’t many lines on his patient face. He listens mostly; when he speaks, he measures his words.

“They told me she was just … missing. The police were there, and I went all over the house with them from top to bottom.” Friends of the family soon joined him and “… we just wanted to do something,” says Mark. “We searched the ravine, the one that runs through to the lake. We walked the whole thing, every inch, calling her name, Amy … Amy.”

7 p.m.
Before the last light left the sky, a massive search was on. With a swiftness of purpose that earns a city the right to be called a village, countless volunteers joined authorities to scour the area and network with other friends or neighbors who might have seen Amy.

9 p.m.
The quiet suburban police station had been transformed into a command post, with uniformed and civilian employees flanked by an instant auxiliary of volunteers. Extra flashlights, food and supplies flooded police headquarters. Calls poured in offering more vehicles, boats to scan the lakefront, dogs to search the woods.

At the Mihaljevic home, Margaret was on the phone, as she had been for hours, calling everyone she could think of and answering everyone who called on the other line with the same negative mantra. “No, she’s not…. No, we don’t know…. No, nothing.”

The night passed, that awful first night, the darkest night. The odds of successful recovery of an abducted child plummet rapidIy after the first six hours. For the hundreds of police and volunteers who scoured the darkness, every tick of the clock was like a hammer blow. Dawn came without promise: no sign of Amy, not a clue to her whereabouts.

Saturday, Oct. 28, 1989, 7:10 a.m.
Less than 14 hours after police first became aware of Amy’s absence, the Federal Bureau of Investigation was alerted (as kidnapping is a federal offense). The FBI joined in while city and neighboring police, Highway Patrol, Metropark rangers and most of Bay Village continued looking frantically for Amy.

Special Agent Dick Wrenn has led the FBI investigation from the start. He is still the point man today, still intensely committed to solving the crime. Wrenn lives in Bay Village. He has children Amy’s age. He shops at Bay Square.

A neighbor had called early that morning and told him the news. Wrenn and Tompkins began canvassing the neighborhood, speaking to residents. A neighbor of Amy’s family gave the investigators troubling information from his daughter, a close friend of Amy’s. Wrenn understood the implications immediately. It was the bombshell of the case.

The story, confirmed by Jason and other friends of Amy, changed everything. The girl had not been randomly abducted. She had received some phone calls, maybe several, from an unknown male. He knew her phone number and where she lived. He knew where her mother worked and what time she came home. He knew the neighborhood and the local strip mall. He befriended Amy on the phone, gained her blind trust and convinced her to meet him at Bay Square. Amy had leaked the “secret” to a few close friends: He was going to take her for a shopping spree at a bigger mall to select a gift for her mother to celebrate a promotion at work. He hinted at a bonus gift for Amy, just for helping out.

He was bold enough to lure Amy into a preconceived scheme, startling in audacity and bone chilling in intent. He was brazen enough to meet her in broad daylight, in full view of many children and adults, right across the street from the police station. He was cunning enough to pull it off. Whatever he said, however he acted, it was beguiling enough that Amy strolled to his car without concern. This was not some mentally deficient deviate, seized by temptation, committing an impulsive crime. This was a creature who took his time, crafted a plan and savored the details of atrocity.

Speculation, not fact

Amy's Parents, Mark Mihaljevic and Margaret McNulty, at the memorial located outside Bay Village City Hall, directly across the street from the site of her abduction.

In many cases like this, there is nothing to go on, not a shred of information beyond the frantic report of a child who vanished. This was an exception: Witnesses had provided a good timeline and a fair description of a suspect seen approaching Amy. Fliers with Amy’s picture were in hundreds of locations before noon. By sundown, the count was in the thousands, spanning hundreds of miles and three states. Family members, neighbors, friends and remotely possible suspects on police lists had been questioned before the day was out, some two and three times. Forensic specialists were on hand, searching for minute clues. FBI profiler experts were called for analysis. Countless Bay residents abandoned all else to help find Amy.

Saturday night, as the people of Bay Village continued to mobilize in large numbers and expand the search, FBI agents were grim. Led by Wrenn and his partner, Special Agent Gary Belluomini, they had more than 60 agents on the case already, but they knew the numbers all too well. “With Amy gone 24 hours, and the setup story with the stranger,” says Wrenn, “we knew if we didn’t find her quick … it was clear we were dealing with a crisis situation.”

Still, no one faltered. No one stopped looking. No one gave up. It became the most intense search for a child in local history, involving every conceivable law enforcement agency and an army of volunteers. Federal, state, county and local law enforcement personnel have logged more than 60,000 official hours and thousands more off the clock. Hundreds of promising tips have been tracked down and dismissed,14,000 people interviewed, 120 potential suspects investigated and questioned intensely, 8,000 leads pursued and abandoned. The story and pictures were featured in major newspapers and on national TV shows like “America’s Most Wanted” and “Unsolved Mysteries.” Two million copies of the Amy poster were distributed, in all 50 states and from Europe to Australia.

The community effort was so vast that someone had to take charge and longtime Bay resident Howard Kimball stepped forward to do just that. He emerged as gentle commander of the volunteer army, manning the communications center on the top floor of City Hall. The contributions of time, food, money, assistance and services from regular citizens who cared enough to get involved cannot be counted.

“I can’t give you any names, because there were so many, and I don’t want to omit anyone,” says Kimball. “A printing company donated all the print work and insisted we never mention their name. The airlines, the TV stations, restaurants — you know, we asked for paper, and so much came in one day, we had to move it to the fire station. People were so good, so amazing.” No one was concerned with keeping a tally. Their only goal was the safe return of Amy to her family. “It was devastating, how it turned out, but I’d do it all again in a minute, ” says Kimball. “We all would.”

The heroic effort of Amy’s Army ended in a desolate field near Ruggles Township in Ashland County on the dreary gray morning of Feb. 8, 1990. Janet Seabold was jogging alongside a silent stretch of County Road 1181 when she stopped in her tracks at the sight of a small figure clad in a pale green sweatsuit laying face down in the weeds. She sprinted a quarter mile to the nearest farm house and banged on the door. Ashland County sheriffs responded to a 9-1-1 call at 7:30 a.m. Like every department in the region, they had been on notice for months of the possibility of this worst-case scenario and they knew exactly what to do. They blocked the road, secured the scene and called the FBI.

Janet Seabold first tried knocking on the door of Wilbur Salyer’s house 900ft away and Salyer didn’t answer. She then went to Patricia Kidd’s house.Janet Seabold knew Patricia Kidd. Both houses were well under a quarter mile/1,320ft.

“We went to the Mihaljevic house as soon as we had official confirmation,” says Wrenn. “Jim Tompkins and I, with [Bay Village Police] Chief Gareau and [the Rev.] Tom Madden from Bay Presbyterian. It was a horrible thing to have to do. … The media was already there.” The fear that had tormented family, friends and investigators turned to loss. The Unknown Male who took Amy had taken her life.

Cuyahoga County Coroner Elizabeth Balraj determined the dreadful facts, with more details filled in from subsequent examination by FBI scientists. Amy had been deceased for some time. Most likely, the murder had occurred shortly after her abduction, probably a few days or less. She was not killed immediately: Amy had eaten at least one meal after she was taken, maybe more. Her death was brutal but quick. She had been forcefully struck on the head, then stabbed twice in the neck.

The stab wound that cut Amy’s carotid artery was more of a slice than a stab. We put the dimensions of the wound into a previous blog entry

The search for Amy Mihaljevic had ended in tragedy. The search for the murderous Unknown Male was only beginning.

This Oct 27, it will be a full decade since the crime. In one of the most frustrating cases ever for many involved, no arrests have been made. The questions echo down a 10-year corridor. Who is he? Where is he? Why can’t we find him? Is he is still here, masked as one of us, going to his job, socializing with friends and family? Why did he do it? Why Amy? What else has he done? What else will he do?

Recently, the principal investigators from 10 years ago joined currently assigned agents and officers to discuss the case that they take as hard as if Amy was their own.

Dick Wrenn is there. The FBI agent is still on the case. He has never set it aside. He speaks of it with such intensity, it might as well have happened last week. “This was a crime against children, against family and community, ” he says. “We’re not going to let it go. We’re determined to catch him.”

Bay Village detective Jim Tompkins recently retired from the force, but not from the case. “You know, I could have seen the whole thing come down if I was looking out my window,” he recalls. “Hardly a day goes by when I don’t think about that. I’d do anything they ask me.”

Special Agent Gary Belluomini, retired after 32 years with the FBI, cannot put the case behind him either. “It was 17-18 hours a day, seven days a week,” he says. “We had tons of leads and some sounded so good, but we had to condition ourselves against that.” The veteran agent admits the case took its toll, mentally and physically. “It was an emotional rollercoaster. It was draining. We wanted this guy so bad.”

Lt. Mark Spaetzel is the lead detective today. He looks too young to have been on the force in 1989, but he was a patrolman, giving a public service speech to a Bay Middle School class the day Amy was lost. He didn’t realize it until much later, but Amy was in the class. “It’s a very active case,” he affirms. “We still get five or six calls a month.”

The Stranger Danger presentation was at Bay High School, not the middle school. The middle schoolers boarded a bus to go there.

Bay Village Mayor Tom Jelepis provides his own office for the meeting. Safety director Farrell Cleary joins the group and seems to speak for the entire city when he declares, “For 105 days we focused, we looked to recover Amy. From that day [that she was found], we started looking for Amy’s killer and we haven’t stopped. And we won’t stop.”

104 Days

Later, this group is supplemented by a two-man delegation from the FBI Academy in Quantico, Va. Stephen Etter is supervisory special agent for the National Center for the Analysis of Violent Crime. Wayne Lord is a supervisory special agent with the Critical Incident Response Group: Child Abduction and Serial Killer Unit. These are the formal names of the fabled FBI “Profiler Units,” now a generation advanced from the criminal behavior analysis group made famous in TV shows and films such as “Silence of the Lambs.” Lord and Etter are part of the most sophisticated criminology team in existence, composed of experts in diverse scientific disciplines who collaborate on determining factual and theoretical attributes of unknown violent criminals.

Lord speaks of “predator tendencies” and “territories.” His background in zoology became the basis for his expertise in human predators. His doctorate is in entomology, the scientific study of insects. With crime scenes, bodies and other physical evidence, the study of the condition and activity of minute life forms at a microscopic level yields a wealth of information — timelines, locations, aberrations.

Etter emphasizes logistics, motives and M.O.’s (modus operandi). With advanced degrees in business, his methodical approach is enhanced by 10 years of intense analysis of the psychology of violent offenders. He follows the subtle trail of “conscious and unconscious choices made” in search of patterns of behavior that help define appearance, demeanor and lifestyle.

Lord and Etter have come to Cleveland specifically to provide the recently completed analysis of the case, rare public disclosure for the FBI in an ongoing homicide investigation. Wrenn explains, “I’ve never been involved in a debriefing of a reporter to this extent in 27 years. But at this point, we’re all willing to do it because we think it might help.”

These experts tell the whole story, including a summary status of the case: Of the thousands of potential suspects ever to appear on the radar screen, less than two dozen remained priorities after acute investigating. However, investigators continually review a comprehensive list of previously investigated subjects.

Some rumors persist that one of two men on that list may have been the killer, but investigators are virtually unanimous in the certainty that neither one was involved. Suspect No. 1 was a troubled young man from Fairview Park who joined the Volunteers for Amy early on. He was questioned several times, his story checked and double checked. He was found to have serious personal problems, medical and emotional, unrelated to the case. Months after Amy’s disappearance, he consumed a lethal amount of ethanol — “dry gas” — and died three days later.

One veteran FBI agent briefly involved in the case had questioned this suspect personally and maintained a “gut feeling” that he was hiding something. He later cited the suicide as a possible indication of guilt and named the man publicly as a good candidate for the Unknown Male. All other investigators insist he was not the one.

“After his death, we had access to his home and belongings,” Wrenn recalls, “and there wasn’t a shred of evidence [for] this or any other crime.” Etter adds that “…he simply didn’t have the capacity to commit this type of crime.”

Suspect No. 2 worked at the stable where Amy went horseback riding on weekends. His appearance was vaguely similar to the known description, and a background check had focused serious attention on him for months. Intense surveillance and exhaustive investigation yielded nothing. “He didn’t do it,” says Wrenn. “I’m as certain as I can be in an uncertain world.”

“Of all the suspects,” says JimTompkins, “20 to 25 were most interesting, but we never had a sense of, ‘Yeah, this is the guy.'” Authorities believe the Unknown Male is still out there, waiting to be caught.

The rest of this story is written for one reader — the one who has that last fragment that will break this case and close the Amy Mihaljevic tragedy. All the experts and authorities are confident that that person is out there, that he or she may well be reading this, and that one conversation with him or her could end it all.

Maybe it’s you.

If it is, you probably have no idea that you hold the key that has been missing for 10 years. You didn’t do anything wrong, you didn’t participate in any crime, you haven’t been part of any cover-up. Maybe you didn’t even know Amy or her family, or anyone who did. Still, you could have that incidental piece of information that investigators know is the Rosetta stone of the Amy Mihaljevic case.

For the first time, FBI and police have agreed to release details kept confidential for a decade. It is typical in a case like this for certain facts to be withheld, kept in reserve to separate the wheat of truth from the chaff of dead-end leads and false confessions. But now, with so much time passed, investigators believe it may be beneficial to divulge additional data in the hope that one reader could make one remote connection.

First are the objects, the things Amy carried. Never previously disclosed, they are innocuous and insignificant by themselves, but they could crack this case wide open. Amy had these things with her when she was taken. After all the years of searching, none have ever been found. Some are rare enough to be memorable and unique enough to be clearly identifiable. Maybe they were burned or buried to cover the tracks of the Unknown Male, but it is not unusual for this kind of criminal to make the arrogant error of keeping a memento of his crime, a “trophy” of his success. If the Unknown Male kept one or more of these objects, even for a short time, someone might have noticed.

The most distinctive is a pair of shoes. When her body was found, Amy was dressed exactly as she had been when she disappeared in October, but forensic investigation has confirmed that she was not simply seized and slain. She had eaten again, after she was taken, at least once. The experts are certain that her clothes had been removed, then put back on her body after her death — all except her shoes and her earrings.

Why? “Because this was a sex crime,” says Lord. “We know that with virtual certainty. Amy was a targeted victim, specifically selected by this man with criminal sexual intent, and there are clear patterns of behavior subsequent to a sex crime like this.”

Could be more than a sex crime.

Lord goes on to describe FBI theories of the missing items. “We see enough cases where the offender keeps items from the victim, sometimes gives them as a gift to someone else.” The shoes were uncommon: black leather ankle boots with vertical rows of silvery studs, bloused at the ankle. The Unknown Male could have had a problem getting them back on her feet, then tossed them in a trash can many miles from the scene. But he may have been too obsessed with the shoes to part with them so quickly.

The earrings are even more likely “souvenir” items. “They are particularly important,” says Etter. “Just the kind of things the offender might give to another female.” They were “tiny blue turquoise silhouettes of a horse’s head,” according to Amy’s mother, “mounted on gold metallic studs.” Amy’s favorites.

Amy also had her school backpack, a fairly common blue denim design with red piping and black plastic buckles, and a plain, white nylon windbreaker. Neither one is unusual for a fifth grader, but it would be odd for a grown man with no children to have one in his home or car.

The last item is exceptional. Amy’s dad had given her a sleek, black leather folder with a brass clasp emblazoned with the Buick three-chevron logo and the legend, “Best In Class.” An award item from the GM sales catalog, there are relatively few like it and it is unlikely one would circulate far beyond the realm of Buick dealers or GM sales or service staff.

Did you ever see any of these things where they didn’t belong? Did it ever catch your attention that a grown man had one or more of them for no apparent reason? Did anyone ever mention them or show them to you?

The last piece of new information is the revised profile of the Unknown Male, provided by the best criminal analysts working today and based on all available information from the case itself and years of comprehensive data compiled, computerized and cross-referenced at the nation’s most advanced center for the study of criminology.

Presented here, for the first time, is the closest description of the Unknown Male — what he looks like, what he does, how he behaves, where he lives. Obviously, because his identity remains unknown, these are theories, not facts, but if recent history is any indication, when he is finally caught, he will be remarkably close to much of the description provided by FBI experts. One crucial aspect of the revised “profile” relates to the ubiquitous poster of the suspect. Remember the undistinguished drawing of the slightly built man, unremarkable in appearance? Forget it. At least for now, set it aside. It could be that the Poster Man is not an accurate portrayal of the Unknown Male. The description provided by witnesses was based on fleeting glimpses of a man seen approaching Amy, but not in actual contact with her. There was no reason to scrutinize him and nothing extraordinary about his actions or appearance. Wrenn emphasizes that “people should not hesitate to contact us if they have some information, but the man doesn’t look like the drawing — I can’t say that strongly enough.”

The unknown male engaged in a brief conversation with Amy. The witnesses stated he placed his hand on her back.

The rest is a behavioral composite based on 10 years of available information. The offender is a white male. At the time of the crime, he was in his mid- to late 30s, older than average for a first-time child aggressor. He is not remarkable in appearance, within average ranges of height, weight and build. He may look presentable, but not accomplished or professional. “He is socially marginalized, ” according to Etter. “Not in the mainstream, not a run-of-the-mill citizen.”

“He won’t fit in with his peers very well, especially women,” adds Lord, “and the people who know him will describe him as ‘odd’ or ‘difficult.’ It’s likely that he was living alone, with a single roommate, or maybe still at his parents’ house.” It is most unlikely he was in a successful marriage, with a normal home and family life.

One of the most intriguing aspects of the report is that the killer was most likely to have undergone some sort of dramatic change in his behavior, personality or appearance in the weeks preceding the crime. He developed a sudden compulsive or obsessive disorder, experienced a personal catastrophe or an emotional setback. “He may have started drinking heavily, or stopped drinking suddenly,” says Wrenn. “He could have started into hard drugs or quit a drug habit.” There was a drastic change in his life, maybe a sudden fascination with a cult or radical religious group. Something happened to this man in the fall of 1989, something that would have been noticeable to close friends or relatives. “There was a pre-event stressor,” says Lord, “something that took him from fantasy to action.”

Or a pre-event window of opportunity presented itself

The stress in his life may have been reflected in a dramatic change in his physical appearance. He let his hair grow long or cut it very short. His health suffered. His weight fluctuated. There were changes in his appearance or lifestyle.

In addition, one important logistical aspect should be noted. This man was not passing through. Contrary to the family’s trusting conviction that no one known to any of them was involved, authorities are confident that the Unknown Male has “… reason to know this area,” according to Etter; “A resident, a contract worker or delivery person familiar with Bay Square.” Lord cites the need for such a predator to select a “hunting ground where he can … move comfortably through the tall grass.”

Lord explains that the Ashland County location is just as important. “This was not random,” he says. “When you are disposing of something that could ruin your entire life, you’re going to be careful.” The Unknown Male knew County Road 1181. He had been on that lonely stretch of asphalt before. He knew he could quickly place Amy’s body just over a shallow ridge a few yards from the pavement and expect it would go undiscovered for weeks or months. Wrenn confirms the conclusion: “Yes, we think he was familiar with Bay Village and familiar with the area in Ashland.”

The body was clearly placed 20ft from the road for the purpose of being found.

The experts go another step. “We believe he had knowledge of the family,” says Etter, “personal knowledge in considerable detail.”

The most disturbing part of the report concerns his behavior since the crime. Because there has not been a similar crime reported — at least nothing like the complicated telephone plot to lure Amy to a deadly rendezvous — the general perception is that, to the best of the investigators’ knowledge, the Unknown Male has never claimed another victim.

In 1975 Henry Newell Jr lured 14 yr old Christie Mullins to the Graceland shopping center in Columbus with a telephone ruse and murdered her.

“We don’t know that he hasn’t done this again,” says Etter. “He may have left the area and done something far away, or he may have changed his M.O.” Etter goes on to explain the difference between an M.O. and the signature of a criminal. “An M.O. is just what works, and it can vary,” he notes. “The signature aspects of a crime do not vary — they are fundamental.” Because of the single known crime and limited evidence, there is no known signature in Amy’s case. The unique M.O. — the phone-call setup — may have evolved to a different tactic.

The best hope experts cite for new information is from past victims, and they believe there may have been some who have never spoken up. “If you look at the statistics,” says Etter, “it is likely this person had criminal sexual contact with other female children and some of those acts may not yet have been reported.”

“Many women are hesitant to report sexual assaults for a variety fo reasons,” adds Lord. “It could well be that this offender made other attempts that did not end in death.” Information from a past victim would be of paramount interest to investigators.

“You may have good recall of what he looked like, his vehicle, where he went —things that deceased victims cannot tell us,” says Lord. He adds that through forensic study, “…Amy tried to tell us a lot. Now someone else has to help, add just a little more. That’s what we need.” Etter provides a startling statistic: “In 70 percent of cases, there are unknowing witnesses that have valuable information they never thought to bring to light.”

Is it you? Are you that unknowing witness?

It has been 10 years now, and life goes on. Jason Mihaljevic, Amy’s brother, recently graduated from Kent State University. He was married this past June and plans a career helping children in rural areas.

Mark and Margaret Mihaljevic divorced less than two years after Amy’s death. “Yes, it played a part,” says Margaret. “It wasn’t the only thing, but it made…” Her voice trails off and she looks away. “It was hard on us both. We’re friends. It’s all right.” Mark nods, unspeaking, and squeezes her arm. In a large conference room with a dozen chairs, they choose to sit side by side, pulling their chairs close. Mark remarried years later. Margaret has remained single.

Mark’s wife is a Wiccan and appears to dabble (Possibly more) with witchcraft.(We have the proof). We worry about this because Mark was set up with Georgette on a blind date. This doesn’t mean she is a bad person. She seems like a nice lady. This is only being mentioned because it is true and because no one besides the Amy Army has looked into her for connections to other similar practices in Ashland and Bay Village. Standard Investigative practice

While we are on the subject of witches and wiccans. Let’s talk briefly about Amy’s next door neighbor. As you already know this team discovered long ago that serial killer Robert Buell’s nephew and some say, apprentice, Ralph Ross Jr is related by marriage to Amy’s next door neighbor. This same neighbor is also a pagan witch or wiccan and she even has a clergy license. We cannot decipher which one because we can’t just walk up to her and ask, Hey, so are you a pagan? witch? satanist? Her daughter appears to have followed in her Mama’s footsteps and posts ‘ I’m a witch’ type stuff on Facebook. The family the daughter married into has a criminal history you should see sometime. Its all there. Kidnapping, assault to kill, drugs, violence ect… We have heard they would sit in a van on Juneway in Bay Village and pull boys into the van and kick the shit out of them. Good people huh?

Another question that this team has raised to BVPD that no one has mentioned. Some of these POI’s sure have a lot of money for people with no jobs or semi skilled jobs. Where does the money come from? You don’t live on Plymouth Dr in Bay without having some dough. The taxes alone on those houses would take a decent part time job to pay. Some of them even have summer getaways in Lakeside Marblehead. Something stinks.Maybe someday we’ll post the list of known Pagans, Witches and Satanists that could be pertinent to Amy’s case.

Body recovery area maps and Big information drop *Updated 10-9-2023*

We are back with this big post and will discuss the body recovery area and vicinity and then unleash some very important information. We’ll start off this entry with an important map, County Road 1181. Yellow lines are measuring lines within Google Earth. There is a lot to cover. Let’s get to it.

Let’s begin with this one. Contrary to what others have stated in regards to there being no houses or structures in sight, this being why the dumper of the body would see this location as a good place to put the body. The dumper clearly had better options further north on Co Rd 1181 that would’ve offered the dumper much more ‘security’ and privacy during the act. As we can see here, the dumper chose to place the body 900ft from Wilbur Salyer’s door which was at 112 Co rd 1181. The dumper had 9/10ths of a mile with no structures but instead decided to place Amy’s body on Wilbur Salyer’s property. We feel this is important and perhaps overlooked. The body is close enough that it is on Salyer’s property but far enough away that they wouldn’t be identified when dumping the body. The house you see adjacent to Amy was not there in 1990. That house was built in the early 2000’s. We have a few theories of why Salyer’s farm was chosen that perhaps we’ll get into later. Take a look though. Instead of dumping the body within the area of nearly a mile of no houses, the dumper places the body close to 3 houses. Salyer(1181), Jones/Matlock and Kidd(126)

For reference the ownership of the farm went as follows. Ropp sold to Salyer 1986, Salyer sold to White in 1994. Interestingly the same White family bought the house where the Child Apprentice grew up in Greenwich.

Ropp was also a casket maker. A casket is also a great candidate for the storage of Amy’s body. Ropp is related to the Stokes family and Patricia Kidd is his daughter. More on Stokes shortly.as the contents here on will detail the potential importance.

*ALL IMAGES SHOW AMY’S LOCATION AS IT WAS SHOWN IN THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY PRESS RELEASE PDF. THE ACTUAL BODY LOCATION IS ABOUT 100 TO 125FT CLOSER TO THE TREELINE YOU SEE THAT GOES CLOSE TO CO RD 1181 ON THE EAST SIDE* Please keep this in mind when looking at the marked images after the crime scene photo. Our map photos were done according to the PDF location before we had the crime scene photos.

This picture shows the exact location of the body.

More angles

This photo from the North side looking South on Co Rd 1181. This view shows how close the Nova House was and how peculiar the body placement was. Look at 1181 from Twp Rd 187 aka Co Rd 16. 9/10th”s of a mile with no structures, yet the body dumper goes all the way up to Salyer’s farm to place the body. This is very important

You’ll note the Barnett house on Twp Rd 126 in pic 2. We call this the ‘Red house’ This is where the young boy had the Satanic shrine. This was the house of the boy’s Grandmother Nancy Barnett. The boy’s mother Kolleen Crall Miller is a devout Christian pastor, The boy’s physically abusive stepfather was also a devout Christian pastor who specialized in bible studies wth childrens groups, also worked at Ford Motor Company with Bay Barber Shop barber Jim Kapucinski’s brother Vern. Ted Lamborgine the man toad, also worked at Ford. Both Vern Kapucinski and the stepfather Ronald Crall are deceased. The boy now lives in his mothers house that just happens to be the most famous gothic house in Ruggles, Castlehill Farm. The mother’s new husband is a politician so we’ve heard. Vern Kapucinski also had the same address as family of the child apprentice in Lorain. Hale is that name. Keep the name Hale in mind as you read further.

This same Barnett house is where Paula Varney met up with the other blog’s author to view the Satanic shrine. Why go see such a thing? What was the interest?

Then there was this letter. The Bud letter that had everyone going batshit crazy trying to figure out who Bud was. Who was Bud’s son? We published this letter when we first started this blog, Varney demanded we take it down. Why? Varney who is allegedly deceased now seems to have died without a death certificate. We have checked everywhere and thus far, no death certificate. These aren’t just random people. These are people who’ve injected themselves into the Mihaljevic investigation and for one reason or another ‘investigated’ it. Varney, Owner of the Crescent Moon Boutique would also go to Renner’s library appearances. Again, Why? She also spoke of a man who was in her store talking about the case. This man drew her a map that focused on a house on Lake Rd. Why would someone go to Varney’s store and start talking to the clerk about the Amy case in such a way? The whole thing stinks of smoke and mirrors

She was part of this letter and then didn’t want her name on it. Why?

Why did the other blog’s author and signature witness to this letter get pissed when we shared the alleged death of Varney with Det Elish? We have all that documented with screenshots as well.

If you release and put your name on a piece like this you better be ready for the fallout and questions if it is bullshit. If it’s not bullshit, why the knee jerk reaction from Varney to disassociate herself with it? We have all the communications pertaining to her wanting us to remove it documented and backed up with screenshots. Why freak out when we post this letter that was already published on one of the letter witnesses own blog? This type of reaction by Varney is typical of a “I wish I hadn’t done that” mentality.

Sham Propaganda or fact?

*We cannot make out if the letter is dated 2014 or 2004 but either way, it’s irrelevant because both of those dates fall years before the death of Pat Stokes

Bud, to our knowledge is Buddy Jones, We thought originally that Bud had the last name of Bray but it isn’t. Bud’s son Dwayne Jones is thought to be Alvin Matlock’s cousin. Dwayne is listed at what is known as the ‘cabin house’ at 1183 Twp Rd 126, Buddy Jones is not. Bud is a biker from what we can gather. So was Varney’s ex husband (last name is Zajac)

We won’t even touch on Margaret Mihaljevic being in the New London/Greenwich area because to be honest, it sounds like bullshit. There is nothing to suggest Margaret would have had a reason to go to that area. Obviously Law Enforcement didn’t seem to give this letter much thought either as it yielded nothing but confusion and perhaps that was the goal. Now, if we were to discover that Joann Stillion was somehow associated with the girl scouts, we could see a reason Margaret might have been to the area and we know Amy’s Brownie unit may have visited the Ashland area a year or so before the abduction.

Who died on November 2nd of 1994 as the letter states?

Joann Stillion died in November of 1993 and Patricia Stokes died in March of 2022.

Why would anyone need to write a statement for Pat Stokes in March of 2004 or 2014 when Pat Stokes was alive and well till 2022? Why didn’t Pat Stokes release that herself or go to BVPD with that information? Why use a 3rd party to document what Joann Stillion told her and the story about her being at Stillion’s house and seeing Margaret there?

There is something fishy about this letter. One of these names within this letter knows that answer. Pat Stokes treated Renner like shit when he called her and asked if Margaret was down there like the letter stated. Why share information like this and have others write it down for you and then treat a journalist/author like shit when he calls to verify it? Remember this about Renner as you read on.

Let us Remember that it was allegedly Matlock’s jacket in the ditch near the curtain and the blanket. In our opinion, this letter and the jacket in the ditch appear to be an attempt to frame the town boogeyman Al Matlock. Who might have had access to Matlock’s jacket in order to plant it there is the first big question. The second big question is why was it found near the curtain and blanket, if it weren’t to frame him? If Amy was placed in the field shortly after Oct 27th 1989 like the official narrative states and not seen, does this mean the curtain and blanket weren’t seen either? More than likely what you have here is all the items, including Amy’s body were placed on 1181 at the same time and most likely soon before the body was found. We have already scientifically proven in our body video that it is very unlikely that Amy was there in the field for 104 days. Think about that. If Matlock killed Amy, do you really think he was smart enough to orchestrate a plan so well thought out that he avoided capture and being identified as the guy up until his death and for 34 years but was dumb enough to leave his jacket at the scene? To say that this is unlikely is an extreme understatement. Not even Al Matlock was that dumb. If there is a Matlock involved, we like Doyle Matlock a lot better for being a part of this. Doyle is still in prison in Marion Ohio for stabbing and killing his girlfriend Lori Ann Wright(French) He will be released in 2025. We feel Al Matlock may have known what happened with Amy and maybe even floated the idea that he was complicit in some way to make others even more scared of him. That was Al’s style, he thought it made him a badass. Al’s criminal record is drug and alcohol related(Misdemeanors). Doyle’s is homicide by stabbing (Murder). Let us also remember that when a friend of Al Matlock heard him talking about Amy, he said “they killed” and not, I killed. Is this why certain people talking about Al kept telling everyone that Al Matlock was still alive? To keep the narrative on point? Det Elish told us Al Matlock has been dead for quite awhile. We have no reason to dispute that. Early on in our investigation we did go look for him and at one point thought we had eyes on him but apparently we were looking at someone else and not Al because he was already deceased. That’s how it goes sometimes. It’s not like we could just ask strangers if they were Al Matlock without blowing our cover.

Here’s Doyle then and now.

Moving forward with some more maps. Here you’ll see Varney’s store, Crescent Moon Boutique’s distance to the body location. Boutique’s that sell witchcraft, cult supplies and marijuana pipes and bongs. What a concept, especially for an area with no cult presence as others have stated, which to be honest, is bullshit. There was plenty of Cult activity in that area in 1989.

The Nova House to Amy’s body location

The proximity of both Nova Houses to Amy’s body. Both 1243 US Highway 224 and 1215 County Road 500 shown here

Just under 5 miles from body location to the house on Co Rd 500. 2.2 Miles from the Nova House on Us Highway 224 to the body location

Now let us take a good look at the people mentioned in the letter and the area they are from. We’ll start with this image

We immediately notice that 3 people from the letter, Stokes, Stillion and Varney are all located very close to each other. Patricia Stokes worked for Mapleton Schools and was very active within the Ruggles Church that was located between Varney’s store and a Stokes owned property.

The name Bohland is also important. People from that area told us that the twin Bohland brothers Terry and Jerry were bounty hunters. That is not true. Their family owned a well drilling business and Terry was a corrections officer at the Mansfield reformatory.

These were in fact the same guys that were with Don Parsons the day Renner went out there to meet Parsons. They wouldn’t give their names and according to Renner’s book, introduced themselves as ‘concerned citizens’. Where did they meet up? You guessed it, they met at a trailer on State Route 60, not far from Varney’s store.

Why were the Bohland brothers concerned citizens? What stake did they have in the game? Why are all three names on Twp Rd 1381 connected to this case?

Why is Terry’s son listed in public records at Paula Varney’s store address?

The Bohland brothers are also the men who stated that they knew of a porn tape showing Amy and a recognizable public figure. They stated the tape was in a safe at a restaurant and when Roger Martin from the Ashland County Sheriff’s office went to check for it, it was gone.

Next you see the name Michowka, who have also been listed with Varney at the same addresses in public records. One of the Michowka’s also has the last name of Hale. The same Hale’s that are not only related to the Child Apprentice’s family, lived on their family property in Greenwich but also the same Hale’s that shared an address in public records with Vern Kapucinski, the Bay Barber’s brother.

Michowka is also listed at Stillion’s address. Both named Joann.

The Child Apprentice’s street in Greenwich. Here we see some of the same names grouped together again. The Red Box is a trailer home that was parked on the Child Apprentice’s family property. One of the most important people named Hale is listed at this trailer along with family of the Child apprentice
Here is the trailer home parked on the Child Apprentice family lot next to their house
Behind the Child Apprentice’s car the Trailer home can be seen. This car is not the same car Henry Newell Jr allegedly gave him. Interestingly though that this dark 70’s hatchback has the “winged windows” that the 1181 witness described seeing. Very few cars had these windows. The Maverick and the Comet did have them..

This isn’t it, we have a pile of connections to the ceiling tying all these people together. The connections we have would blow your mind. If Margaret was in fact at the Stillion residence, this information is critical. if the letter is bullshit, you might begin to see a motive for the concoction of the letter. Misdirection and narrative steering. Either way this is critical information.

Patricia Stokes was related to Roy Ropp, Ropp of course owned the farm on 1181. Ropp sold the farm to Wilbur Salyer around 1986. Ropp was Patricia Kidd’s father. Patricia Kidd is of course the one who called 911 after Janet Seabold banged on her door yelling she found a body. Salyer is also related to the Child Apprentice’s family and who we thought was the curtain maker. We still believe that the person who made the curtain is related to or connected in some way to the person we thought made the curtain.

*Tidbit. When doing the family tree for Wilbur Salyer we discovered that through the Ramey side of his family, he is related to country music legends Loretta Lynn and Crystal Gayle* Lona Honaker is Wilbur Salyer’s Mother and Myrtle Ramey Honaker is Lona Honaker’s Mother. Those Ramey’s are the connection to the famous country singers. We learned a lot in Kentucky. There is a lot more that we haven’t shared.

Lastly,

Stokes’ grandson lived next door to Kristin Balas’ deceased Uncle John Balas at a trailer park in Wakeman. John’s wife is also listed as Patricia ‘Hale’ Balas.

We are not accusing anyone of this crime. We are releasing information we have discovered through our extensive investigation. We want this solved. Period.

If this factual information upset you, perhaps you are on the wrong side of the Mihaljevic case and we are not sorry. Imagine how upset Amy’s family was on the night of Oct 27th of 1989 and every day since. Imagine what Amy went through.

I’m not a writer, so please excuse the blog posts that may not read smoothly I write this all out to help get this mission completed. Honestly, it’s a pain in the ass writing this all out. What’s crazy is this is only a portion of the information we have on each post’s subject. We are still sitting on huge pieces of information. The ones we call ‘The Nuke’. Please keep the feedback and information coming. It is very helpful.

We will be away for at least a few days. We have the manpower, training and equipment to assist. Have to at least try. It’s not looking good based on the information thus far. Say a prayer. Help spread the word, share her photos, her last known location ect, on social media to help find her and bring her back to her parents safely.

We’ll resume our efforts for Amy ASAP.

The Amy Army exists to help solve the Mihaljevic case but we will always try to help a child in need of rescue

Moon Phases October 1989 and NCJRS Satanic Calendar

Friday

Day of Abduction

Saturday

Since the Waning Crescent is a morning moon and sets before the evening hours arrive, Saturday evening Oct 28,1989 is a moonless night. If Amy was a victim of a Satanic sacrifice we believe this is the night it happened. The New/Dark moon is shown for the 28th in some lunar charts and not the waning crescent. Below you see the NCJRS Satanic Calendar for this day. Since we believe the cult activity was more widespread in the Ashland area than people might think based on research, Saturday lines up best for them since it is the last weekend before Halloween and more members can be present since they may not work on the weekends. Since moon phase is very important to many cults, a Pre Halloween dark moon is very desired for this type of activity. No moonlight also means more privacy if a ritual is performed outside. Take note in the NCJRS Satanic calendar below that Oct 28th also has multiple events and look at the details for those events. Since both, The Grand Climax and Satanist high unholy blood day occurs on Oct 28th and it occurs within a dark moon phase, we feel that this is the day Amy was killed. The NCJRS Satanic Calendar perfectly matches the events and dates in Amy’s case. This also lines up with Amy’s stomach contents being what she had eaten for lunch on the 27th and what she ate after. We know she ate at least one more time after her school lunch. Let us also remember that Amy’s blood loss was far greater than the amount needed to cause death and also that there was next to no blood at the scene. The blood on her clothing is also inconsistent with a cut carotid artery. Please read our previous blog posts for more on this subject

Halloween/Samhain/All Hallows Eve

The next few moon phases also show an uncanny likeness. First you will see the moon phase on Amy’s birthday Dec 11 into the 12th and then we will show the moon phases for when Amy was found on Feb 8 into the 9th

1989

These phases are duplicated exactly on the day Amy’s body was found

1990

Amy was taken within the Crescent Moon. Likely killed within the Dark Moon and found within the Full Moon

Amy Army Activity 9-28-2023

We’ve added a search feature to the blog due to the vast amount of information to avoid scrolling for those looking for certain pieces of data. Please remember that many old posts are no longer active leads or the most current information. They are left up to catalog where we’ve been and what we’ve done. The search engine is located in the drop down menu.

The Drone team will be active in Bay Village to get a better look at a few properties of interest.

We are compiling a list of likenesses of Amy’s case to the Oakland County Child Killer case. We have some knowledge of the OCCK case but we certainly aren’t experts on that case. We are only interested in that case if there is enough meat on the bone to link up with Amy. As with all angles, we keep an open mind and are constantly looking for the answers. If any of you want to assist and have studied the OCCK case in depth, let us know what details you think coincide with Amy’s case. Truth serum for Ted Lamborgine is something that we cannot believe hasn’t been done. That rat bastard could be part of all these crimes. They do it for Harold Bound but not Ted Lamborgine? We understand Bound requested it but there has to be a legal path to administering the same test for Lamborgine.

A lot of chitter chatter online lately about DNA. Let’s not argue about what they have or don’t have in Amy’s case. They don’t need to and shouldn’t disclose all DNA evidence they have. Since DNA technology has advanced so much in the past 3 years, we remain hopeful that it will come through. Let’s just hope they are taking action as the time is now. What they need is available now.

As of April 2019 CeCe Moore said:

We have been unsuccesful thus far in reaching Karen or Elizabeth Lecorchick to obtain permission to metal detect their property at 1243 US Highway 224. The Nova House. If anyone knows them please ask them to contact us. Thank you. We will never step foot onto anyone’s property in our investigation without permission. Straight down the middle is how we roll. We never break the law. EVER. No exceptions. Now if we could go back in time to Oct 27th 1989, I’d personally have done some time for an assault charge because I’d be waiting at Bay Square to save Amy’s life.

People have been talking about cameras a bit lately. There was one in Bay Square in 1989. It was located inside Society Bank, adjacent to Baskin Robbins. We also checked if there was an ATM on the Wolf Rd side that might have had a camera. ATM cameras were not really used until 1996. Obviously if an ATM camera existed we would see Amy walk by it while she walked past the bank to the Baskin Robbins side of Bay Square.

Tidbit:

The 2023 Calendar is exactly the same as the calendar for 1989. This Oct 27th is on Friday as it was in 1989. Halloween falls on Tuesday just as it did in 1989. Some Holidays such as Easter Sunday fall on different dates but this year mirrors the 1989 calendar. Oct 27th is the 300th day of the year.

We are working to update the Lunar Phases for Oct 27th through Halloween for 1989. Moon Phase is very important to those participating in a vast array of Cult activity. We have learned a bit more about the moon phases for 1989. We will be sharing that soon. Tidbit: Oct 27th 1989 was a waning crescent moon and Halloween, Oct 31st 1989 was a waxing crescent moon. The name of Paula Varney’s store = Crescent Moon Boutique

Did you know this? Numerically

1+0+2+7+8+9 = 27 (10/27/89)

1+9+8+9 = 27 (1989)

1+1+8+1 = 11 (Amy’s body was discovered on County Road 1181 and Amy’s D.O.B was 12/11/1978 and Amy would have turned 11 while she was missing, yet to be found) BVPD’S Chief Gareau’s car number was also 1181.

Additionally, all the addresses within Bay Square are 5 digits and begin with 27

The curtain is 27 inches in width.

We’ve looked at everything, even if it sounds ridiculous for clues. Everything! Numerically, there are some other interesting ones. Perhaps we’ll post those up in the future when we get some down time. It gets deep. Latin, Celtic Druids, Bible Verses, Alphanumerics ect.

Isaiah 10:27

27 In that day their burden will be lifted from your shoulders, their yoke from your neck; the yoke will be broken because you have grown so fat.

Two H Bounds *Updated 9-29-2023

Before we begin let it be known that the Amy Army is not accusing anyone for the crime committed against Amy. This information is being shared because during our investigations we found another person with the same last name, initials and age as Amy case suspect Harold Bound. As we stated in the previous post on case parallels, there are two H.Bounds. We will refrain from using the second H Bounds first name or posting his picture but rather focus on why he’s interesting. The second H.Bound lived about a thousand feet from the abduction area of Bay Square in 1989 according to county auditor records. We are currently trying to establish a family tree on both Bounds to see if there is any relation to Harold Bound from Holly Hill. Preliminary results are showing high probability but we haven’t yet pinpointed the relation. We are working on it.

Now we’ll get into why the second H Bound is interesting.

The house location and lay out of the house. The picture below shows H Bound’s house on Wolf Rd. You’ll notice the ‘pull around the corner’ garage in the rear of the house. We drove the route and looked from Wolf Rd. The garage is completely out of view from Wolf Rd. We’ll put the drone up and document a better look.

Let us remember according to all accounts, no one saw Amy get into a vehicle. Two possible scenarios quickly come to mind. Let’s speculate.

  1. Amy could have walked to this house.
  2. A vehicle is already in the garage at this Wolf Rd house. A second vehicle brings Amy to this house, closes the door after they park in the garage. Maybe he gives Amy a bite to eat and something to drink, perhaps the drink is laced with something. Amy calls her Mom from this location. Amy and abductor get into the other vehicle parked in this garage, he opens the garage door with garage opener, leaves for the Ashland area, closes door behind them.

The second H Bound is a founding elder at a church in Rocky River and worked for the computer company IBM for over 4 decades. His daughter is married to a man from the Mansfield area and this daughter’s husband is connected to people within our core group of POI’s. Residential background reports show that this H Bound shared 2 addresses with the then president of Bay Schools PTA. That same PTA family connects to the Lecorchick family who bought the Nova house in 1997 and another important name we won’t disclose at this time.

Pastors know how to communicate with kids. Pastors are also high on our list as the type that could at least contribute to a crime like this. Like police officers, kids will automatically trust these individuals. The abductor knows how to communicate with kids, is trusted by kids, blends in well and looks like anyone else. They often dress casually nice in everyday life. Khaki pants and collared shirt type of guys. Perhaps the abductor when bending down to whisper in Amy’s ear simply gave her instructions on what to do. Let us also remember that Renner wrote of Amy’s next door neighbor Patricia Draeger Jordan waving to Amy from the window at Sunkissed tanning salon owned by Martin Sabo. Patricia worked for Sabo. Since the tanning salon at 27211 Wolf Rd is on the Wolf Rd side, this means at some point Amy was visible to Patricia at some point when Amy was at Bay Square. This puts Amy on the Wolf Rd side as well and a very short walk away from H Bound’s house on Wolf Rd. Is it possible there was no abduction vehicle at all at Bay Square? Yes. Anything’s possible.

We are working feverishly on the family trees of both Bounds. If both Bounds are related and it looks like they are at this point, this could be something. If there is a cult involved we suspect it is very likely that a pastor of some type in Bay Village would make an excellent candidate for being the wolf in sheeps clothing that connects the two areas of Bay Village and Ashland.

These are theories, but they are based in facts uncovered by the Amy Army. We will update if we find more within the family trees.

Our profiler always says, if you can answer why a crime is committed, it will take you to who did it. What do you think the ‘why’ was?

Interesting Photo

We eagle eyed this photo in the hand of Phil Torsney in the evidence room at BVPD. It shows a plain white gown or dress. We do not know if there is any importance to this photo at all. Here’s what we do know, It was with other Amy case evidence and Phil had this photo in his hand. Since Phil only works Amy’s case, it is safe to say he’s holding a photograph relative to Amy’s case. A plain white dress on a clear plastic hanger on developed film, unlike many of the early crime scene evidence photos which were taken by instant cameras called Polaroids. The dress, in terms of size is consistent with someone of Amy’s physical stature which was 4’10 and 90lbs. No, we did not infiltrate BVPD’s evidence room. The photo was flashed for a brief moment on a news broadcast with Nicole Vrsansky who is related by family marriage to former BVPD Police Chief Bill Gareau. When we look at this photo, it is hard not to speculate. Is this a ceremonial garment? Since we know Amy was undressed at the time of her murder, we have to entertain that maybe this dress plays a role in her case. We won’t launch into the possiblities of why this garment was photographed but it could be evidence the public has never seen.

We can’t help but think about the 1987 movie Dragnet where the Pagan high priest announces the arrival of the sacrificial pristine virgin in a gown of white. Don’t laugh, Hollywood has been making films about things that occurred and “predicting” things that will occur in the future for years that the masses don’t know about. The evil ones hide things in plain sight. Believe it or don’t believe it, that’s your choice. Time and knowledge has proven this time and again. Take a dollar out of your pocket, study it. Research what it all means. They have the nerve to write In God We Trust on this worshipped paper. People die for that paper. Starve by not having that paper. The world and nearly everything within it, revolves around that paper. In God We Trust? What!? The masonic all seeing eye? Yep, welcome to planet hell. The truth is right in front of your face.

Anyways,

Is this photo evidence collected by Law Enforcement?, was this picture taken in the Mihaljevic home of a gown Amy owned? Was this photo sent in to BVPD for whatever suspected reason? All questions we don’t know the answer to, but it was in Phil Torsney’s hand while going through evidence in Amy’s case.

Could be something or it could be nothing Here is the photo.

2016 Photo of Inside the Nova House Barn- Avacado Green Blanket Spotted

These are screenshots from a 2016 video filmed in the Barn of the Nova House after the arson fire. People that once lived at 1243 US Highway 224 filmed this, Their name is Metcalf and rented the home in the early 90’s. We find everything that is posted that we believe could be involved in Amy’s case. We scour the internet constantly looking for clues and information. Nothing gets by us. This was sent to Detective Elish last summer. He did not comment on it. The resolution is not good enough to see the material but the color matches up pretty well to the one tab on the curtain that was cleaned. The one tab that was cleaned is the second from the left when you look at the curtain from the front. They cleaned this tab to see the original color of the material used to make the curtain Amy’s body is believed to have been wrapped in for transport to County Road 1181. First, we will show you 2 pics of the curtain at the Police Station in Bay Village, followed by 2 pics from the Nova house barn.

This photo shows the cleaned tab, second from left

Another view of the curtain at BVPD. The cleaned tab is off the curtain or folded back in this photo

Avacado Green Blanket type textile in the Nova house Barn

Zoomed in on the Avacado Green textile in the Nova house barn

We wanted to share this with you. It could be nothing or it could be something. We do not know if BVPD went out to Nova to look at it. We do not know if it was still there when/if BVPD did go out and look at it. We do not know if it’s still there today. While no conclusions can be drawn from the Nova barn screenshots, it does show that these various shades of 70’s colors were present in the Nova house and now we see the color in the barn. Perhaps an old blanket no longer being used inside the house, brought out to the barn for whatever purpose.

*PROOF* that the April Tinsley barn door was photoshopped for main stream media usage

Awhile back we posted about the April Tinsley Case barn door. This post will prove that the photos shown to the public were in fact, altered!

Here is the story according to Police. The killer of April Tinsley visited the barn and first left this message.

Then the killer returned sometime later and added more to it.

This image is photoshopped and multiple things were altered in doing so. The Police affidavit stated that the d in did was in parentheses. “(D)id you find her other shoe”. The affidavit was written verbatim as to what was seen on the barn door complete with grammatical errors.

Now notice the distance between the A in April and the I written underneath. In pic 1 they are right on top of each other. Almost touching.

In pic 2 they are wide enough apart that the killer was able to write “did you find her other shoe” between the A and I. You can clearly see the A in April and I are further away.

Since the message was written in crayon, it couldn’t have been altered by the killer to make room to ask “did you find her other shoe” It would have left a smeared mess.

To add more proof and solidify this even more, you can clearly see that the words are written identically in both pictures. This proves it was photoshopped and the “I will kill again” was copied and pasted lower on the barn door to accommodate the “did you find her other shoe” sentence or the top line was copied and pasted higher on the barn door to accommodate the “did you find her other shoe”

Now one on top of the other. Look for yourself. Is there something up with the Tinsley case that might draw a parallel with Amy’s case? Something is definitely up with these photos. What’s with all the shadow letters we can still see?
