- Was the house at 1215 Co Rd 500 yet another example of narrative steering? We know the stories, the history and folklore of the house, but is it out of the realm of possibility that this house was made to appear as if a murder may have taken place there by stamping the walls with blood? Was it just kids dabbling into dark religions doing the blood letting there? Hunter’s cleaning deer? Is there any credence to the satanic markings allegedly seen on the floors? Given the isolated location of this property, who knew the house was back there? Did this house play any role in the crimes against Amy? Why were the friends of the other blogs author, the last ones on the property taking pictures before it burned? Why was so much propaganda put out about the Fire Department burning it down when we know full well this was not a training burn but straight up arson? Go tell the EPA that you want an FD training burn permit in an area without fire hydrants, more than a quarter mile off the road in a wooded area surrounded by active farm fields and prepare to get laughed at. No permit would EVER be issued for a controlled burn for that house! EVER! Regardless of reasons. Condemned houses are taken down by bulldozers and dump trucks, not by fire. Period. Who’s spreading the rumors and why?
- Is there a female involved in the grooming of Amy? Since an intelligent young girl is much more likely to instill trust in another female, we cannot help but wonder if a female or females were involved in the pre abduction planning. There are several indicators pointing to this and no shortage of sketchy females within close proximity to Amy in her own neighborhood and Holly Hill. What do you think?
- Where did the story come from that stated Amy darted over to a dark van while enroute to Bay Square come from besides Renner’s book? The book states Amy darted over to a dark van, had brief communication with the occupant(s) and rejoined the other 2 girls for the rest of the walk to the Baskin Robbins side of Bay Square? Here’s why we ask this. I asked one of the girls Amy walked with about this van thing. Her answer? I don’t recall that happening. Again, what do you think. We’d tend to think if Amy did approach a van on the same day she was abducted that this would be a huge deal and one spoke about often by the official investigation in the basics of the case. However it is not. Who’s telling the truth here? Is there something about this van that BVPD wants to keep close to the vest? Possibly. We’ve heard all the rumors such as Amy knew them, thats why she ran over to it. To this day we have not found any of Amy’s friend’s families that owned a dark van. Martin Sabo had a van. A 1989 Dodge Caravan, white with wood paneling trim, beige interior, license plate VAN4US. We have found no other vans in Amy’s limited circle of friends and we looked very hard into this subject.
- Did you know that there was a barn/garage across the street from Billy Strunak’s childhood home in Parma? Here it is. Unless there is an error in multiple public records here is the house and barn across the street.

5. Where are we at with the subject of Dean Runkle? Well, we had all but eliminated him until we found that his family was married into the family of the child apprentice. Now, anything with the Runkle family is back on the table. BVPD has been made aware of those connections. Who knows, but LE seems to have moved on from him entirely. Other previously unknown connections with the Runkle family have been made in both Plymouth Ohio and North Fairfield Ohio. These connections could involve who made the curtain. Burrer and McClish are the last names of importance there. We cannot share anymore at the present time. We contacted Renner about how our investigations have crossed paths. No reply. Not a shocker. Don’t think Renner likes us much. It’s all good.
6. We infiltrated the Ruggles Grange #2119(legally) and discovered quite a bit of useful information and were not shocked in the least with the names that frequented the establishment. A lot of masonic connections and connections to New London local Government were discovered at the New London Grange #2104. One of these Grange’s was founded by a member of the Runkle family.
.Again, we continue to ask anyone with inside knowledge of this Grange to contact us and share what you know or experienced there.
7. More new and previously unknown POI’s have been discovered in the process of investigation. We have several that really raise the brow in Bay Village. In due time we will discuss them. All avenues will be looked into. Again we have a couple dozen really good threads, yet we are not fixed on any one particularly. Open minds solve crimes. Closed minds do not close cases.
Going on 35 years unsolved. Enough is enough already. There are a lot of various hairs and fibers on the curtain and blanket. Even though it’s hard to do sometimes, the community demanding answers must give BVPD time with the testing of those hairs and fibers. They know more than we do about that. We need to band together, not shred each other. We have reached out to several famous people in hopes they would discuss Amy’s case and reignite the energy. Hopefully they will do it and help us out. The last thing this case needs is a zillion AI generated true crime YouTube videos screwing up the facts and spreading false information.
