The Public wants fresh eyes on the case. We were listening, now we rant

While we sit and listen to authorities make comments such as ” We search countrywide for similar cases to try and establish a link with similar patterns” We wonder why they didn’t begin that search right in their own backyard. All but 1 of these children were murdered within one region of Ohio. 1 was murdered within driving range in Pennsylvania.

Our team found those links within 4 hours! A brainstorming session with the results being nothing short of sickening. We found 4 other young girls ages 10 through 12,. All killed within a mapped circle in a period of ten years starting in the 1980’s. Below we list tbe case commonalities to Amy’s murder. Some of these are unsolved and the ones that are solved say nothing to this situation as a whole, for all we know the solved ones were still part of a larger sick pedophile ring with a disturbing fascination for Halloween time. Big tough guys stealing children, raping and murdering them. Anyone on this team will meet any one of you sick bastards. We believe you have some earrings that don’t belong to you. We will be taking those back soon and we are coming for them.

1) Shauna Howe 11 yrs old- Cause of death: blunt force trauma, multiple lacerations.  Beige gold carpet fibers found on Victim. Date of abduction: October 27 1992.

2 Tina Harmon 12 yrs old- sexually assaulted, nutmeg orange beige fibers found on victim. Date of abduction October 29 1981. Solved: Killed by Robert Buell Proof DNA

3) Krista Harrison 11 yrs old- sexually assaulted, nutmeg orange beige fibers found on victim. Solved: Killed by Robert Buell Proof DNA

4) Debora Kaye Smith 10 yrs old -abducted and murdered. We will add more on this case. Information is limited. Suspected Killer is Robert Buell. From our standpoint this is unsolved.

5) Amy Mihaljevic 10 yrs old-sexually assaulted, beige gold fibers found on body- cause of death: blunt force trauma, multiple stab wounds to neck. Date of abduction: October 27, 1989

Here is the pedophile circle from Jack.

Takeaways:

The girls are all  pre-pubescent between 10 and 12yrs old  Most of them in one region of Ohio. All of them were either proven to have a van involved or rumored to have a van involved. There is a reason the term kidnapper van is widely known. If you have a van skip the next paragraph because here is some truth about men in vans. If we offend you, we are sorry but we are not sorry.

Tradesmen: Limited skilled workers commonly seen in bar parking lots everywhere. If it’s not a van it’s a pickup truck. Type A personality. I’m bigger than you. I’m a real man.. Just like all stereotypes there is some truth in them. like it or not. Doesn’t mean you should trade your F-150 for a Nissan Sentra as there is good and bad in all. I will say this though, I’ve personally been to hundreds of motor vehicle accidents. I’d say without reservation that in 7 out of 10 of them a pickup truck was involved. Maybe busy staring at someone’s wife or daughter walking down the street and oops! Right into another car. In the case of what is known as the “hippie” van. Why do they need curtains?,why are there half-naked women airbrushed on the side of many of them? Why are most of them buying Marlboro Reds and Budweiser every day but their house is in foreclosure? It’s a profile folks.. All of it. The persons responsible for this likely have little money, make their own curtains to reserve the beer money and are 75% more likely to be involved in drugs and other criminal activity. They likely spend more on porn than family Christmas Presents. They are generally unhappy people who don’t give a damn about anyone but themselves. This is why it is this teams opinion that the well dressed abductor was just the pick up and perhaps the delivery service to Co Rd 1181. What do delivery vehicles look like? Vans and trucks maybe? If you are good person who drives a van or a pickup don’t be too offended as we are well aware there are some good people in those too. Like it or not, stereotyping helps build a profile and the methods used in Amy’s case thus far all based on 1 well dressed man and the phone call won’t solve this case. You want fresh eyes on this case? You have droves of them now and growing and we are all pissing vinegar!

We don’t care about the ruse. We don’t know what is true or what isn’t about the ruse Amy’s abductor used. Fact is it could be way less or more complicated than what has come to be been known now as fact, even though nobody knows for sure. Only Amy knew what had occurred in that phone call. Maybe she lied to her friends concerning that call. Maybe the call from the abductor didn’t happen at all. WE MUST MAINTAIN AN OPEN MIND  as using the ruse as a base to start investigating has led to 29 long years of nothing!

When we investigate facts we look for words or actions in statements that could reveal the truth. One of these examples could be Margaret’s “intuition” that something was wrong during her 3:30ish phone call with Amy.

Perhaps the intuition comes from something simple during the call like background noise, or maybe it’s a moment when something only known to Margaret turns into an ” Oh my God, No!” moment and she leaves work immediately. We aren’t stating this as fact. We are saying, we don’t know anything. WE MUST PURSUE ALL AVENUES to find those responsible. We said we will be candid. We said we wouldn’t hold back emotion. we said we do not fear the perpetrators and we also said we will find who killed Amy Mihaljevic

Rest in Peace Amy.

Status update

We will be a private blog until We speak with Bay Village Police and the FBI. We need the time to make sure we are on the same page with what we are doing apart from them and that we stay legal with our Blog. I will be speaking with both of them very soon.

Thanks for your understanding, please pass on the word.

Blaze

A Thank You from the team and a status update

We just wanted to thank everybody for a huge day with this blog. The numbers were off the charts! We had visitors from 3 countries and a few dozen messages from our readers. Some valuable knowledge was gained. Thank You for placing your confidence in us. We would like to reaffirm our position in this case. We do not fear, we will not quit and we will find who is responsible for killing Amy Mihaljevic. We would also like the authorities to know that if we receive something worthy of their attention, we will pass that along to them. We are all in this together.  It’s not about us. This is all about Amy and putting the miserable s.o.b (s?) behind bars for the remainder of their miserable life. We do not care about fame or fortune. We only care about accomplishing the task at hand.

FUNDRAISER

We are currently planning a fundraiser to raise the reward money. We firmly believe with a good cash reward leading to the arrest and conviction of Amy’s killer, someone will start talking. The current money offered is just not enough. We are open to ideas. We will use our civil service ties to get municipalities involved as well.

We will also be selling t-shirts with the We R Amy Army logo. Any donation over $100 to the reward money fund will receive one. This will be an official fundraiser with legal establishments involved. 100% of the reward fund will go to the cause. The t- shirts will have the logo below printed on a black t-shirt. Investigators who come on board with us will receive the same t-shirt but will have the word member under the logo. Let’s all come together and send the message that abducting kids, killing kids, sexually assaulting kids and destroying families will not be tolerated and let Amy know she did not die in vain.

We are recruiting more investigators!

Here are our requirements to join our consistently growing team and help the cause of finding Amy’s killer

Amy’s last meal and abduction (updated) part 2 added

Another tie to the Ziccardi letter? If you read our blog “The Ziccardi Letter” you will see that the writer speaks of a strange man that would take the girls from the motel for food and bubble gum. Not just any food. He was taking them for Chinese food.

Amy’s lunch menu on Oct 27th 1989 was reported to be corn dogs and pizza. The reports of Amy’s stomach contents were soy based proteins, possibly chicken or Chinese food and cheese. Many in our group feel that Amy’s abductor likely fed her right around the time he let Amy call Margaret: which was around 3:30pm. This tells us a few different things. Amy was still fairly comfortable but the abductor was not. We have already established in previous blogs that the phone call was probably encouraged by the abductor because he knew that Margaret would be expecting her daily ” I’m Home ” phone call around that time. The abductor is thinking strategically here as he knows if that call is not made he will activate law enforcement on a child abduction report and may encounter law enforcement en route to where he is going with her. The abductor is likely lying to Amy the entire time in that car ride as to where they are headed. Blaze, Kai and Avery discussed this last night. Here is the transcript of that discussion

PART ONE

Blaze: Ok guys, here’s what we got. BVPD reports witnesses see Amy walk into the direction of the parking lot with her abductor. No one sees Amy get into a vehicle. They do not disclose direction in that parking lot. The situation is calm and not obvious of any issues. Amy had waited for the abductor for a considerable amount of time

Kai: So the witnesses watched her long enough to see all that but didn’t continue to follow her with their eyes?

Blaze: There was no real reason for concern as everything seemed ok. They had no real reason to watch her like a hawk. My concern with this whole Bay shopping center story is this: Amy allegedly told two girls she was walking with on wolfe rd towards the shopping center that she was meeting someone. That’s pretty vague in the kid world. It didn’t inspire a “who are you meeting question”? Kids are naturally curious. Did those 2 girls who broke away from her on her walk to the shopping center go home or did they end up at the shopping center too?

Avery: Everything we have gathered is that those 2 girls she was walking with did not go to the shopping center.

Blaze: If they had I’m sure they would have been at least curious who she was meeting? no?

Kai: As Blaze has stated before we don’t know if Amy was telling her friends the truth about any of it. I think we need to stay open as to what the abductor may have said to her on the phone.

Blaze: Yeah but why she was going to meet him is a moot point. She voluntarily went. We may never know what was really said. That is the reality of it

Avery: He knows her. She knows his face. No doubt in my mind

Kai: I have to say that I’m starting to really see that as realistic

Blaze: I cannot help but think Margaret introduced these two at some point. I’m also going to go out on a limb here. Lets say hypothetically that Amy knows a little bit about Margaret’s personal life. It is no secret that there is a real possibility that Margaret was going behind Mark’s back with another man. I mean, it fits the profile of her out of the home behavior. The booze, the dancing, the bar scene.

Avery: yes. and?

Blaze: I’m wondering if Amy knew about him. Here’s why. Ruth told Renner supposedly that Amy was acting like something was bothering her the week prior to her abduction. Margaret is dropping Amy off at Holly Hill and throwing Amy’s boots out the window at Amy because they were fighting. Margaret took Amy everywhere with her according to those that knew her. Why all of a sudden turbulence? Why a week before abduction? Was Amy caught in the middle of something?

Kai: Whoa!

Blaze: When I look at Margaret’s face after the abduction, I see something besides worry. The way she phrases her words. Margaret says ” She must come back, she just has to come back” As much as this would anger some people. I see guilt. Lots of guilt. I see that phrase with a dual meaning. One that states she must come back, not only because she misses Amy but because she might be suspecting something she did caused this. Yes? No? Maybe?

a minute of silence

Avery: You have always said the key is Margaret. Since day one

Blaze: well, if you hang around toilets you are going get yourself into some shit.

Kai: That is so true. She wasn’t meeting great guys out at clubs or bars I’m sure. Makes me wonder if she played around with drugs at all

Avery: My guess is weed. Fits situation. booze, bars, she being a heavy cigarette smoker. Not trying to stereotype but there is some truth in it.

Blaze: Of course there is. Anyway, let’s get back to the parking lot and base everything now on the 2 facts we know occurred. 1) The phone call to Margaret and 2) we know she’s with the abductor

Kai:  We don’t know where they walked to though?

Avery: No. No one noticed

Avery: a good amount of time passes with Amy apparently calm with her abductor. This would tell me that getting into the car and driving away happened without incident. She seems ok but a little odd to Margaret on their 3:30 phone call.

Blaze: But we have no idea of the scenario. It could’ve been forced. He could’ve had a weapon pulled on her at that point. We just don’t know. Lets keep an open mind on that. It seems to me though that in all likelihood Amy is still unaware there is a problem at 3:30.

Kai: So he probably took her for food right after Amy was with him to call her and build rapport?

Blaze: I’ve studied a lot on Amy’s personality. I think she knew exactly who the abductor was. No need to build rapport. I don’t believe she goes with a stranger. It’s just not her. After that 3:30 phone call though when she’s back in his vehicle, all bets might have been off.

Avery: I’m thinking he keeps her calm for a good while. Maybe he slipped something in her food or drink when he fed her? Anything on the toxicology report?

Kai: I don’t think there is a toxicology report is there?

Blaze: It would have been in her bloodstream and that blood has been processed to the moon and back. Maybe another reason to drain her blood though. At least in the killer’s mind

Avery: This shit is getting crazy. Now my mind is saying what if the abductor is not the killer at all!? F**k what if he is a delivery service to the Ashland gang? What if he also dumped the body?

Blaze: yep. now with that one move you’ve eliminated your Bay Village Ashland County link so law enforcement would have a hard time connecting the dots.. This is why I keep saying don’t discount Ted Lamborgine just yet. This is typical child abduction pedophile shit here guys. These people didn’t come up with this plan in a day. This could be a well oiled machine

Kai: Oh My God. The O.C.C guy? I think my mind just went poof. Holy shit!

Avery: he turned down a plea bargain because he refused to talk about Amy’s case.

Blaze: That’s right. Lamborgine did. That’s a fact. Not hear say.

PART TWO

Avery: Lamborgine is currently in prison right? Maybe one of us should visit and try to talk with him.

Blaze: I’m for that. Kai?

Kai: absolutely

Avery: O.C.C  was the southern Michigan pedo ring right?

Kai: Yeah

Blaze: Let’s try to stay focused locally for now. Yes Ted was in Parma but let’s try to stay focused on the subject at hand before we get too out stretched with speculation

Avery: In my notes I have the back of the bowling alley as a possible abduction location and a possible van?

Blaze: Cruze had brought up that Amy could have been taken that way. There is a cut away in the back of the bowling alley

Kai: What about her being seen in the parking lot though?

Blaze: We have to maintain an open mind. I cannot stress that enough. We do not know what is truth at this point. We can assume BVPD has an accurate report according to what they were told during interviews. Key words there are” what they were told ”

Blaze: Remember me talking disguise in the meeting about the composite drawings?

Avery: yes, the glasses

Kai: I read the blog on it

Blaze: ok good. so question then? who wears a jacket when it is 70 degrees in the sun in the almost warmest part of the day?

Avery: excellent point. The jacket is part of the disguise then. Can we assume this would be something the abductor doesn’t normally wear?

Blaze: I don’t want to assume anything about anyone in this case anymore. I want base things on the known facts so we don’t get off on a wild goose chase. Like ” Oh i knew this guy that wore tan jackets all year-long”

Avery: Agree, that’s why this case has gone on so long. I think initially the Bay police investigated everything told to them. They’d have to really. They were doing their jobs

Kai: that’s why so many possible suspects

Avery: yes

Blaze: Kai, google the bay village shopping center for photos. Try to see if you can get a list of tenants in that whole shopping center for 1989. You probably won’t get a list but try to find a pic with good enough resolution to make out every store and restaurant that was there

Kai: ok, the wifi in here is slow though. bare with me

Avery: are you thinking he would have taken her to eat right there?

Blaze: totally possible based on how comfortable the abductor is. I mean, why put yourself in public again in another place if you have possibly already been seen at the Bay shopping center? That would show a travel direction plan if spotted in two locations. These guys aren’t dumb. Just cowards

Avery: You keep saying things plural. You really are thinking multiple perps here?

Blaze: I’m thinking all ways. You have to. We don’t have video. We don’t have anything but those eyewitness reports.

Kai: ok so im looking at the shopping center and i see baskin robbins on the corner. Its fuzzy though. a bowling alley and what looks like a barber shop. looks like maybe a hardware store on the other side. is that a grocery store here by the bowling alley?

Avery: It looks like it could be. A smaller one. Heinens or an IGA sized store

Blaze: Cruze told me there was a grocery behind the bowling alley. The one wall creates the recess in the back. There on the right behind the bowling alley.

Avery: Looks like a prime place to park the getaway vehicle if you asked me. But there is no chance of a snatch and go situation here right?

Blaze: I don’t think so, the 3:30 phone call indicates she went voluntarily. Again though. We just don’t know what Amy’s environment is at 3:30. Does she have a weapon in her face? Is it all cool? we just don’t know. Nobody does but the abductor

Kai: What if the perp put the vehicle back there in that crevice? was there a public exit or entrance from the bowling alley leading to that area?

Avery: I’m not sure but I have never personally seen a bowling alley with both the front and back and back open to the public. It’s always just alleys wall to wall with an employee door on usually the left and right outermost back point.

Blaze: what Kai said is interesting though. Ironically that is exactly what Cruze has been saying all along. She was taken behind the bowling alley. Even if he couldn’t go through the bowling alley he could potentially walk around the building with Amy to the vehicle there. But let’ s not forget even if this is the case. Amy is very bright. She didn’t even feel comfortable talking back to a stranger trying to talk to her. I’ve heard Mark say that many times. There is just no way Amy doesn’t know this man. No way!

Avery: he knows her. she knows him. only thing that makes sense

Kai: I agree. Now what?

Blaze: Get us the tenant list if you can. keep looking. I will be busy doing interviews tomorrow. So. We all agree Amy flat-out knows her abductor?

Kai: yeah

Avery: Yep. No doubt in my mind. 100%

Blaze: Thanks guys. good work. Meet again in a few days? I want Cruze in on the next meeting

What the curtain and blanket tell us

20180912_212706

In June of 2016 the first major piece of evidence was shared with the general public in hope that someone would recognize it. Waiting 27 years was a mistake. Not one member of our investigative team can remember our own curtains from 27 years ago. It should’ve been shown to the public back then with or without the dog hair connection. It was in the same field. That for us was a good enough reason to ask. Obviously it isn’t litter! When was the last time you drove down the street and threw a curtain and a blanket out the window? The good thing is, as Phil Torsney mentions: It is a unique item. The team here all have ideas as to the likely origin of this blanket. Let’ s examine it a little bit in a general sense.

Narrow: suggests it is either 1/2 of a window covering or covered a single narrow doorway or window

Homemade: Someone needed and made this for a vehicle, RV, barn, farmhouse, single shower, run down motel, door or window opening

Color: Dates the bedspread used. Avocado green was vastly popular in the late 1970’s

Height: Tall, attaches high and falls low. Suggests near ceiling to floor usage

Usage analysis: This was made quickly for an unimportant purpose by an inexperienced sewer. The place where this was hung was likely not somewhere that is well to do financially or where it needed to be aesthetically pleasing on the eyes. Financially well off people do not recycle out of style comforters to use as window coverings. The reuse as a curtain tells us a lot about where it came from and maybe even its maker.

In conjunction with the blanket as a set the possibilities of usage become much narrower. The blanket screams motel with its outer lining. This would have been used above the top sheet but under the main comforter. If you were running a shotty cheap motel, would you maybe recycle your old comforters and turn them into something else you might need in the motel to save money? It’s a definite possibility. People renting rooms in cheap motels are not looking for a Taj Mahal experience. A covered window is good enough for them.

Regardless of its intention there is one thing that is for sure. It was made to save money on purchasing real curtains by using material already on hand.

The post finding forensic analysis hole cut: This square hole cut for forensic analysis is midway down the curtain. This suggests Amy’s body was placed on it perpendicularly with the vertical curtain. The square cut out was likely a segment of suspected bodily fluid or blood sent to forensics. There would be no need to cut the square for dog hair analysis. Since it is roughly half way down this could indicate a vaginal bleed and one that is consistent with the blood found on Amy’s underwear.

The blanket is also needed as the curtain alone does not provide 100% coverage of her body.

The big reveal here is simple: Since 100% coverage was the desired result of the body wrapping, we must recognize that the killer or killers may have been unprepared to dispose of a body and were forced to use available on hand materials but also, possibly in a public enough place that the 100% wrapping is necessary to begin with to keep Amy hidden.

Body transport probability and thoughts: If a person besides the perpetrators hauled the body in a pickup truck it is entirely possible that the curtain and blanket were actually not on Amy at the time of actually placing the body. She could have been unwrapped after arriving at Co Rd 1181 to place the body because the killer knows there could be evidence on those two items. The killer tells the driver to return with the blanket and curtain. The curtain and blanket don’t follow the plan though. The driver sees headlights in distance or another alerting factor, jumps back into the pickup truck, takes off down the road and the curtain and blanket blow out of the truck onto the field where they came to rest almost 300 yards away from Amy’s body.

Where is anyone likely to see this curtain in its original habitat? Not in their memory, but you might wanna check those old family photos if you are from any of the areas involved including Mansfield. It just might be hanging in the background

Blaze

Who’s gonna talk for $50,000? Probably no one

There is without doubt that someone, somewhere out there knows the intimate details of who killed Amy. In fact it seems the authorities have placed their faith in the public to solve this case.

Chief Spaetzel says this on Bill Huffman’s podcast in 2018. In 2016, Chief Spaetzel says nearly the same thing in the video below at 6:55. For 29 years the public has placed their faith in law enforcement to find and convict the perpetrator. Unfortunately, it has been the same old story now for 29 years and from things said in the Bill Huffman podcast, things appear to be going backwards in regards to the DNA subject. In 29 years we’ve learned more about James Renner than the facts of this case. No offense James, you’ve done a great job keeping this case in the public eye. We thank you for that sincerely.

If the Bay Village Police are failing in one area: it is not keeping the public informed! They held the curtain and blanket way too long! Had that information been released 28 years ago this case could have been solved by now. Dog hair or no dog hair. What could it have hurt to show it and take 10 seconds to say if you know where this curtain or blanket are from, give us a call as it may be pertinent to this case. It’s time to release more info to the public if they believe it’s the public that will deliver the case breaking information that tells them who the killer is! Our group is not anti BVPD or anti FBI but what we are is anti 29 years to solve a murder of an innocent little girl.

THE PUBLIC CANNOT HELP YOU IF YOU DO NOT RELEASE INFORMATION!!!

The public is going to need a little more than “it’s a white male ” after 29 years. Everyone who starts investigating this case starts it the same way and that way has failed for 29 years! We don’t even know if Amy was telling her friends the truth about what the caller told her. All that matters is she voluntarily met with this scumbag at the shopping center. We think investigators are stuck in a rut. It is time to think outside the box! Entertain theories! Listen to the same public they want help from

This blog isn’t being written to hurt or badger the BVPD. We all know they’ve put a ton of hard work into this case but we also know when we call them we are told we take information, we don’t give it. You want the public to help you find those responsible? Give the public the tools to help you do it!

In regards to reward money, we want to help, that is why our group is willing to spearhead a fundraising project to raise enough money to get someone to talk. 50k is simply not going to do it. This group will run this fundraiser in cooperation with both the FBI and BVPD and staffed by members of our own investigative team. We will volunteer our time to do it! We firmly believe that when a real figure is offered as reward money. You will be able to put this case to rest. Unfortunately in this world, MONEY TALKS

Thank you BVPD, FBI and all investigators banging their heads on the wall to solve this case. Each of you have done your best and your sacrifice is appreciated by all.

Sincerely,

ALL OF US!

What the body positioning tells us

When this low life coward put Amy in that field on Co Rd 1181 he may have answered a lot of questions with the way her body was disposed of. In this post, investigative team members Blaze, Chaz and Avery will explore some possible missed signs and meanings of the body positioning as well as comment on how long we believe she was there on Co Rd 1181.

20180911_101437

We have discussed in detail what the body disposal means as a whole and here is the transcript of that discussion

Blaze: They wanted her to be found. That’s why she was right off the side of the road 20ft. They got off the road far enough to not be seen but left her close enough to be found

Avery: She’s face down, no remorse. My impression is the killer is not the person who deposited Amy there

Chaz: She was redressed which does show remorse and care of the victim,  but face down contradicts that point

Avery: Unless she was put there by someone not involved in her homicide. The dumping person doesn’t give two shits about any of it. He wants to dump the body and leave

Blaze: That would explain her being face down then, the uninvolved person just dumps the body and leaves. F**king pisses me off. Treats her like litter. What the f**k is wrong with people? This was an innocent child. Makes me wanna puke

Avery: No one knows. All they had was Matlock’s jacket in the ditch down the road. No one seen a car or truck

Chaz: Underwear inside out tell us anything?

Blaze: To me yes. She was redressed quickly and possibly in a dark environment

Chaz: Good point with the darkness thing. I didn’t think of that

Avery: I highly doubt she was redressed there at the disposal site

Blaze: I agree but it is a possibility

Avery: With this case there are too many possibilities.

Chaz: Anyone know for certain where the jacket was found?

Blaze: Cruze would know. I will ask. Cruze is one of our members near that area. Cruze interviewed lots of people on all these subjects

Avery: The postmortem abdominal injury. Have we figured out how that occurred yet?

Blaze: I might have an idea about that. Her teeth were supposedly already resting beneath her face from decomposition. Others say her mouth was dug into the ground. Either way I wonder if the ditch doesn’t give us that answer. Maybe the dumper gets into the ditch and it’s fairly deep so the piece of shit tosses Amy up and onto the flat part of the field. That would account for teeth dug in or falling out. If she was decomposed the teeth would fall out from a small, face first impact I would think. It could also cause the postmortem abdominal injury depending how hard she was thrown and what she landed on. This could be how the body gets unwrapped too. Then the wind carries it down the field

Chaz: What about snow plows? Do we know how much snow was on the ground the prior days before she was discovered?

Avery: You guys have to remember something. If this was a separate person dumping the body, that person is going to be in a bigtime hurry to do this. He’s not going to be gentle about it. Blaze kinda mentioned that already. The weather was mild. I don’t see that country road with little traffic getting plowed unless it’s over six inches

Chaz: So was the body already decomposed when she was put there? If so? Jesus, that open up possibilities of a 4th site. Damn

Blaze: I’m thinking 3 sites total. Bay Village, murder/storage site that could be anywhere out there like Mansfield and then 1181. Anywhere with farmhouses. I, 100% believe that personally. Cruze has mentioned to me numerous times that multiple people were on that road weeks and days prior, jogging and hunting and didn’t see her body till that morning. We have to entertain the thought she was kept elsewhere. If it was a farmhouse or place like that she could have been kept anywhere on that property and dumped the night before or a few days before she was found.

Avery: I’m feeling that. Amy had on bright clothing. The killer probably didn’t account for the coverings to come off her. If you were dumping a decomposed body you’d be pretty creeped out by it if you weren’t involved. You’d be fast about it

Cruz: I’m thinking that covering was only there to protect the vehicle from the decomposed body if I go the route of her being held somewhere besides the field.

Blaze: If it’s a motel though there could be 4 sites total. bay, motel, storage site and Ruggles

Avery: Back to what we said about being spotted sooner. If there wasn’t snow piled up.If joggers and hunters were all around that area and didn’t notice her that would lead me to believe that the in between spot was also the storage site

Chaz: I agree

Blaze: I do too, no doubt. So we all agree that we don’t believe Amy spent almost four months in that field?

Avery: Nope. No way

Chaz: She’d have been found sooner or completely eaten by wildlife if in that field that whole time

Blaze: high-five dude, good thinking. I guess we will have to do more research on body composition in different weather elements. Cruze said the same thing by the way about coyotes. Not to mention crows, wild turkeys.

Avery: I’m just gonna throw this out there. I’m thinking she was in a chest freezer that wasn’t turned on but still out in the cold

Blaze: I’ve actually heard that from other people too. Maybe it was mentioned in Renner’s book.

Chaz: It does make a lot of sense

Blaze: For next week. Avery if you could research decomposition times in winter that’d be good. Chaz, can you go through Renner’s book and look for what’s already been brought up about the possibility of a freezer?

Chaz: I’m on it

Avery: 10-4

Blaze: Thanks man. Everybody keep pushing. We have to do this. Amy needs us and so do the Mihaljevics.  This bullshit has gone on too long

Amy’s Injuries Explained

In this post we will try to simplify the injuries Amy sustained. The purpose is to help fellow investigators with no medical knowledge understand what may have happened to Amy using simple terms.

First, the terms used in the Autopsy. What they are and what each is responsible for in the body. We will also breakdown Amy’s injuries and how they might have been caused through common sense and anatomical knowledge. All of Amy’s injuries were on the left side of the neck and back left side of her head. This is important because in times of panic, self-defense or aggression, 9 times out of 10, the primary writing hand is the hand used to strike. Why does this matter? Amy’s killer is likely right-handed to strike Amy on her left side from a facing Amy position.

Hyoid Bone – This bone located in the neck above the Adams Apple. Its purpose is to anchor the tongue. Amy’s hyoid bone was struck with the stabbing object on the left horn as shown in the following photo

Carotid Artery – Large artery in the neck responsible for supplying oxygen rich blood to the brain. Amy’s left carotid artery was transected which means it was cut or stabbed into horizontally as shown in this image. Damage to the forward hyoid bone indicates a motion traveling from the back to the front in a swinging sideways direction

Posterior Occipital Region – The lowest portion of the back of the skull. Amy’s left occipital region was hemorrhaged (massive swelling). The following photo shows this area

Subgaleal Hemorrhage – Swelling of the space between layers of tissue on the outside of the skull as shown here

Cervical soft tissue – Muscle and skin of upper portion of the neck. Goes from shoulder level to the base of the skull as shown here

By understanding the anatomical injuries we can form a hypothesis of how Amy’s injuries were sustained. Based on all known facts presented in the autopsy, It is possible that the injuries occurred as a single event using multiple quick swinging motions with a medium-sized somewhat heavy, possibly broken object with jagged edges like a lamp  as shown below. Her blood may have still been drained but with no other veins or arteries being cut noted in the autopsy, the original open wound would have to be the exit for the blood. It is our opinion based on mechanism of injury,  believing Amy would fight back, direction and depth of the wounds that Amy may have been forced orally and she bit down. The killer panicked, grabbed an object using a  repeated motion in quick succession swinging it into Amy’s left head and neck until she let go. Her left earring may have come off during this event.

These were just some thoughts we had. We can only speculate how Amy’s injuries were sustained.

All stated within this posting is the opinion of our team and is only an educated guess.

Rest In Peace Amy

Some questions for the public. We want your feedback.

If you answer a question number please use the question number in your answer. We ask questions. It is the foundation of investigation. We appreciate all answers

1) Does anyone know what Margaret was arrested for in June of 1989 in the Metroparks? Court records only designate her reason for arrest as a non violent criminal action.

2) Did anybody here reading this Blog know Martin Sabo before his alleged suicide?

3) Does anyone know what type of vehicle Martin Sabo owned in 1989?

4) Does anybody know of anyone Margaret may have been seeing a lot of prior to Amy’s abduction? Male or female?

5) What was the interior color of Al Matlock’s white Ford Pinto?

6) Has anybody reading this blog seen Margaret in Ashland County prior to Amy’s abduction?

7) Does anybody know if any of the Mihaljevic’s neighbors were having contract work or landscaping done regularly prior to Amy’s abduction?

8) Has anybody ever known Robert Ivan Nichols (aka Joseph Newton Chandler)? If so, what was he like? Where did you know him from?

9) Does anyone reading this blog currently know Sarah A. Ziccardi from Cleveland?

We would like to add that inquiries to specific people in this post does not mean we suspect them in what happened to Amy or any wrong doing. Furthermore, Sarah Ziccardi and Martin Sabo are not suspected by this group of anything unlawful or of wrong doing. There are reasons we are inquiring about these people.

We welcome your answers and appreciate your interest in bringing justice for Amy and closure to the Mihaljevic family.

Thank You
